I had to cut my stay short by 3 days, but I opted to pay the entire stay. Because the staff kind.

少しガッカリ
Pros:

駅からのアクセスが良い
フロントの接客が良い

Cons:

デスクチェアが随分破れていた
アメニティはフロントで希望の品だけ渡されるスタイルだった(無駄が無い点では良いかも)
ウェルカムドリンクやコーヒー、お茶、水などが一切無かった
部屋に色んなご案内物が置いて無かった(QRコードを読み取るなどの何か対策がほしい)
10年以上前には度々利用していたのですが、懐かしく思い今回予約をしましたが、経年を感じた

Pros:

街中にある、コンビニがまあまあ近くにある

Cons:

駐車場がない、車寄せがないので荷物の出し入れは路上で行うしかない。集中すると3台くらい車が停車している。バス通りだから危ない。休日期間であり有料駐車場がどこも満車でかなり遠い駐車場（徒歩5分程度）へ、雨の中傘さしていくのが面倒だった。

立地が良く便利なホテルでした。サービスも上々です。
Pros:

スケジュールが自由にできたのが良かったです。電車、高速バスのステーション、警察署、消防署なども徒歩で移動できてビジネスで利用するにはとてもよかったです。フロントのかたはレスポンス、対応とも一流でした。朝食は利用しませんでしたがパックになっていなかったのも、わかりやすくて良かったです。

Cons:

看板がちょっとわかりにくかったです。
