We have stayed here twice now amazing service from breakfast to room service brilliant . So convenient going to Dubai mall just go through reception and you are in Bloomingdale's store.
Everything is perfect. The staff were wonderful, specially Julia which is that lady in red She was perfect very friendly and

We chose it for the location, of course. A bit expensive, but that's the price to pay for being within walking distance from the Dubai Mall.

Customer service is amazing.
Incredibly helpful general manager, Wasem, who sorted out some very difficult issues for us in the day of the flooding.
We stayed there during the recent flood and it was a bit chaotic but normally a great place to stay and right next to the Dubai mall.
