Back from Riverwalk at 8pm and bar looked closed. Knew Happy Hour was 530-730, but surprised area being cleaned.

Todo genial, revisa costos de estacionamiento si llevas auto, es el único pero.
Pros:

Todo excelente, el único tema es que el estacionamiento es muy caro, adicional a que llevaba un porta equipaje en el toldo de mi vehículo y si pasaba por el límite y aún así no me lo dejaron pasar, tuve que pagar otro estacionamiento caro en la calle

Cons:

Pool isn't in much sunlight, small and murkey, smelled like vinegar. Parking was expensive and the hotel wasn't worth the price tag. The beds were uncomfortable and the pull out couch was worse. My kids preferred a floor pallet over the pull out or couch sleeping arrangement. Bathrooms are outdated. The action area of the Riverwalk was a pretty far walk. Overall pretty displeased.

Great Choice
Pros:

I was staying for a conference. This hotel was prefect for it. The staff was courteous and professional. The establishment was clean and well maintained. The location was amazing with direct access to the River Walk. The breakfast was excellent. I recommend the omelettes. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room for improvement.
Pros:

Location and breakfast were good. Breakfast staff and bar staff friendly. Free evening happy hour snacks and 2 free drinks!

Cons:

Attention to detail with housekeeping - the conditioner bottle was completely empty in the shower. Had to call to get it replaced. Husband ended up having to go and get it! No bedding available for the sleeper sofa, had to call for it and it took the staff forever to answer the phone. No extra blankets, had to call for 2 more! Not enough towels for 4 people taking showers (had to call for towels!) and broken hook on bathroom door, so nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes. Only 3 pillows on the bed instead of 4 (so couldn't have 2 each). Staff talking to each other at reception making the customer wait unnecessaryily so. Just lots of little things, that all add up!
