Great food. Great experience

Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was fabulous, evening reception was great!

Nice establishment. Great location. The restaurant and free breakfast ( omelettes) are cooked fresh pretty tasty - my main issues are there are ONLY PORK items on the breakfast menu

When asked about non-pork items they never have or care to have any!!

We loved the location. We had a River Walk view from our room. The room absolutely met our needs. It had everything we needed. But the highlight of our stay here was the staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the valet staff to housekeeping, were all wonderful. From Steve at the bar to the staff at the breakfast bar, including John on omelettes to Amber bussing tables, they were all so attentive and welcoming. The hospitality throughout the hotel was astonishing.

Being a true diva who usually has every moment of my birthday planned down to the very second, this year took a surprising turn. I ended up overstaying my day trip of shopping and completely missed my flight to Houston.
Still determined to keep the celebration alive, I quickly searched for somewhere nearby that could keep the party going—and that’s when I found the Embassy Suites, right in the center of everything. Even though the hotel was fully booked for king rooms, Adriin went above and beyond. She worked her magic, rearranged things, and truly celebrated me in the most amazing way.
Thanks to her, my birthday festivities didn’t just continue—they got an unexpected upgrade. An unforgettable experience all around!

I’ve been staying at the Embassy Suites for four days, and this has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Every single staff member has been incredibly kind. The manager personally welcomed us, recommended places to visit, and continues to greet us with a smile every time we pass by—those little touches really stand out.

Housekeeping has been super friendly and attentive, and breakfast is absolutely fabulous. A special shoutout to Josh, Amber, and Mary Lou—they are amazing! The made-to-order omelettes were perfect every morning.

I felt well taken care of the entire time and couldn’t be happier with the service. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. April at front desk was kind and informative and provided great hospitality to my family and I. Excellent value for the price.

Noe was consistently attentive, professional, and always willing to help, making sure every detail of our stay was handled with care. Amber went above and beyond with her warm attitude, efficiency, and genuine willingness to assist, which made us feel truly welcomed. Mary Lou was equally outstanding—kind, courteous, and always ready to help with a positive spirit that made a lasting impression.

Employees like Noe, Amber, and Mary Lou set a high standard for hospitality. We need more people like them—individuals who truly care about service and make guests feel valued
