Enjoyed the hotel.
Pros:

Very comfortable spacious and quiet room. Well organized and friendly staff. Great location.

Cons:

My only issue was I have to eat gluten free. Basically they only had a bagel, no bread, and they had a muffin which was stale. Bread would have been appreciated. Otherwise the breakfast meal was good and good coffee.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, food was good, room and hotel overall was very clean.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good. My family and I really enjoyed it. The location was nice also, next to the river walk. The room was spacious and clean when we arrived. The lobby was also very clean.

Very Disappointing and Concerning Stay
Pros:

Cons:

Unfortunately, my recent stay was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about cleanliness, safety, and privacy. I briefly mentioned these issues to the front desk at checkout with Kelsey Fey, but given the severity of what occurred, I feel they deserve to be documented publicly.
During my stay, I experienced several alarming incidents:
Stained bedding: I discovered distressing black marks on the bedsheets and was uncomfortable sleeping on that side of the bed.
Serious safety concern: An unopened syringe was left inside the closet of our room. Finding a medical needle in a hotel room is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the thoroughness of the room's cleaning and inspection.
Unauthorized room entry: Most concerning, our room door was suddenly opened and closed from the outside without any announcement or knock. This was extremely frightening and felt like a serious breach of our privacy and security.
These issues are unacceptable, particularly at a Hilton property where guests should be able to expect a clean, safe, and secure room.
I am requesting that management investigate who accessed our room and explain how this occurred. I also believe a full refund is appropriate given the circumstances and the distress caused by this experience.
I hope management takes these concerns seriously and provides a prompt response and explanation.

Best place for family on San Antonio.
Pros:

We like everything, the hotel was beautiful, we'll located, very clean, friendly stuff, everything you can hope for on a family vacation.

Cons:

For us nothing need to be improved, everything is perfect then way it is.

Valet-parking is behoorlijk prijzig maar er zijn andere parkeermogelijkheden in de buurt

Staff was friendly, and Valet was prompt. Room was nice.

Cons:

The bathroom needs exhaust fan, and the valet entrance and exit need different traffic pattern. Some guest park vehicles and block drive through and you a forced to wait till clear.
