You do have to valet which is Don't love but have come to expect from downtown hotels.

Le ménage de notre chambre n'a pas été fait : nous sommes restés 2 nuits. A l'issu de notre 1ere nuit, nous avons demandé à la réception que le ménage serait bien fait dans la journée et la réception nous l'a confirmé. En rentrant en 5pm, ce n'était pas fait. Nous sommes descendu à la réception et on nous a affirmé que ce serait fait le soit pendant notre diner. Nous sommes rentré et le ménage n'avait toujours pas été fait. Aucune excuse.
We requested bedding for the pull out bed and didn’t have it , we had to call guest services multiple times before anyone would answer , also the lady at the front counter when we checked in was rude and acted like we were

Everything the hotel service was down which was not the fault but certainly could have been handled better the rooms were not handled at all in the right way I did not get my right room and yet got charged wrong rate should been compensated for the wait.It was my birthday but oh well

Non so se il problema era la mia camera, ma era molto umida e nonostante l’aria condizionata, c’era sempre un odore spiacevole che ha intaccato anche i nostri vestiti che rimanevano fuori dalle valige.

Nice location
The price for parking everywhere I tried to park was so expensive . It all amounted to the same as vela parking which is also very expensive and they take forever to bring you your car !

The elevators were having issues not a huge deal, but when your trying to get going and your waiting to get downstairs for 10 minutes or longer was bothersone.
