Cerca del centro pero apartado del follón. Muy buena zona. Todo muy limpio
Llegamos a las 5 am y tuvimos que esperar hasta las 11 para la habitación, pero hay que reconocer que la hora de entrada era bastante intempestiva
The good location and helpful staffs
Weak-water shower
It was perfect for my needs. Very clean. And I also felt secure. The breakfast was ample and provided a lot to choose from. The front desk was very helpful. I love the little map offered at the front. It was a great help to me.
I really could not find anything to complain about.
Central and convenience
Elevator too slow
Very friendly and helpful staff. Trung was exceptional, helping us with our bicycles. Trung even helped us reassemble them and locked them away in a secure storage lock-up near the hotel.
The hotel is small, but certainly big enough rooms. Lovely room with balcony and ensuite shower/bath. Cleaned immaculately every day. Reception staff very helpful both before and at all times during our stay. The hotel arranged for a large taxi to collect us and our packed bikes from the airport which was a relief. Great communication throughout. Breakfast area is quite small, but the breakfast choices were superb and excellent service.
The location is fabulous. On a very quiet street away from the bustle, but within easy walking distance to old quarter, museums etc.
Would definitely want to stay here again if we get back to Hanoi
We loved everything about it. Quite short of space in the mezannine breakfast area, but it was never a problem and we loved the big breakfasts and choices.

Très bon lit et belle chambre propre.
Petit déjeuner un peu limité. Il y avait que du pain blancs et peu de choix de café. Le jour de l’arrivée on nous a demandé de payer le séjour en avance, ce qui nous a vraiment surpris.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a great area. Lots of shops around and close vicinity to the old quarter.
