The open spaced courtyard and swimming pool was a nice area to relax and breakfast was included.
Merida was extremely hot during our stay so the A/C was a welcome relief .
All the staff were pleasant and check-in was quick..
I was not happy that my room was changed at check-in from a room with 2 double beds to a room with 1 double bed , not what I paid for.

Fuimos solo por una noche. Se nota que es un hotel que ya está algo viejo, pero nos resultó super cómodo, buen precio, el desayuno es sencillo pero cumplidor.
La habitación fresca, la ducha es excelente.
Perfecto el estacionamiento, ideal para la zona.
Dejamos el carro estacionado y nos fuimos a recorrer caminando.
Hay puntos para mejorar como la calidad de las toallas, agregar toallas de mano y tapetes. Pero nada que impida disfrutar la estadia

Ottima posizione, molto vicino alla Plaza Grande. Parcheggio gratuito adiacente e comodo. Hotel molto grande, personale attento e cordiale. Piscina, anche se potrebbe essere più pulita. Il voto molto positivo va letto in relazione al prezzo pagato per una stanza famigliare per due adulti e due bambini (circa 30 euro a notte).. Con colazione inclusa piuttosto abbondante. Prezzo quindi regalato se si tiene un considerazione che la sola colazione a Merida può costare più di 10 euro a persona. La città non è economica e per una famiglia con bambini piccoli questo hotel è semplicemente perfetto. Possibilità di fare lavatrici in self service per 100 pesos (5 euro). Non si tratta di un hotel di lusso e non ne ha le pretese (è un onesto 3 stelle) ma abbiamo trovato stanze pulite e comode, acqua calda, aria condizionata e ascensore. Consiglio
