Muy bien las instalaciones, limpias y agradables , a diferencia del hotel pakal del cual nos cambiamos ya que su publicidad es falsa, aqui si te ofrecen lo que publicitan
El edificio es precioso, enorme el hotel y la alberca muy agradable.
La actitud del recepcionista de la tarde. Malencarado y da trato como si te hiciera un favor. Fastidiado y molesto.

El personal femenino de recepción no es nada amable. Los lugares del estacionamiento son muy reducidos.
Todo muy bien, solo desayuno diario huevo, umm pero no estuvo mal! Si se pudiera variar estaría mejor. 6 nuestra habitación media oscura, los focos muy tenues. Pero nada que no hiciera agradable la estancia. Muchas gracias 👌🏻

Sheets smelled bad, mold, broken drawer, no hand towels, no fridge, no phone, overall not an 8-star property, breakfast was seriously unappealing, looked like hospital food.

La ubicación excepcional, a 2 cuadras del centro, puedes encontrar lo que necesites a los alrededores y hay un Oxxo 24 en la esquina a menos de 30 mts, en general bien para una estadía sin grandes pretensiones se disfruta el hotel se descansa y punto, creo que cumple bien para el precio, su estructura podríamos llamarla vintage, para la gente que le gusta la tendencia está bien, pero si estás acostumbrado a hoteles de cadena podrías sentirlo viejo, recomendable? Si, para escapadas de fin de semana y /o salidas de bajo presupuesto para el hotel, insisto lo mejor es su ubicación
Se ve que en su tiempo fue un gran hotel, ahora le falta algo de mantenimiento e inversión en modernizarse, el estacionamiento es chico aproximadamente 15 autos mayormente pequeños, fuimos en temporada baja y 1 noche apenas y alcanzamos lugar, es algo que hay que valorar.
