Mosquitoes in the room and impossible to block them.
Also the breakfast was very poor, not very good and the women serving it were unhappy and grumpy.

A nice but somewhat dated old style hotel. Within walking distance to the Zocolo. Free parking next door. Breakfast was basic scrambled eggs with toast, coffee, and juice. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice.

El desayuno siempre lo mismo, una señora que te atiende es mal encarada, no tienen teléfono directo a recepción entonces cuando necesitábamos una información tuve que bajar y o sorpresa, el chico de la recepción tenia descolgado el teléfono para no atender llamadas, el estacionamiento es muy muy pequeño entonces se llena enseguida y tienes que dejarlo en orro estacionamiento fuera del hotel, los colchones son super malos, no te dan comodidad ni confort para descansar
La limpieza en general de la habitación buena. Una de las fundas de las dos almohadas no se apreciaba del todo limpia, posible olvido de camarista. El desayuno sencillo aunque frío. El café, azúcar y sustituto muy bien. Las aguas/jugo puede mejorar. El restaurante a la hora del desayuno (8.AM) ya presentaba gente y las dos chicas que atendían las meses se ven rebasadas por la demanda de gente. Áreas comunes limpias y ordenadas.
Mejor atención y/o supervisión de la limpieza fina de la habitación, cómoda y escritorio.
