Pros:

I didn’t like anything about Fairfield because Fairfield decided to cancel my reservation because the army decided to stay another night there so Fairfield took my money and made reservations for me at the Comfort Suites Hotel! If I wanted to stay at the Comfort Hotel I would’ve made my reservations their first!😡 The girl at the front desk told me that Fairfield took care of everything and paid for it and also that’s what the girl at Comfort Hotel also said that Fairfield paid and took care of it! So if Fairfield paid and took care of it why was $200 taken from my account? No I need Fairfield to refund my money back back they inconvenience me!😡Fairfield should’ve paid for my room not me! Fairfield decided to put me in a dingy Hotel they should’ve paid for it not me!😡😡 I’m piss

Pros:

Breakfast was very good, not excellent, but very good. Friendly staff. After moving to this hotel from another hotel, I would rate it better than the last hotel. We stayed in handicap room and it was actually a handicap room with walk-in shower for us seniors. Also, i actually got ice out of the ice machine. Will stay there on our next visit. Loved the happy hour.

Cons:

Little better quality with their proteins at breakfast.

A very nice get away!
Pros:

The location was perfect. The room was super. There was no noise in the hallways and never heard any traffic noise. The breakfast was excellent. Check out was a breeze. The exercise gym was very nice. It was close to the convention center and our favorite Mexican restaurant

Cons:

I really can’t say. Maybe a lower price but that wasn’t even that bad.

Good experience great Staff, hot and humid on the second floor

Loved the location and staff

It’s was so HUMID on our floor. We had the ac cracked all the way down and it did help but I still got hot during our stay
