The staff was very kind and respectful. They give us best treatment.

Cons:

Lift delays and there were few potters. I had to assist the guy who was working alone as porta. Taking luggage from 12th floor to 1st floor. Other rooms are so much inconvenient with no lift no passage to the list instead you are forced to go to the first floor then wait for a lift to to other areas like parking, restaurants and spa

I liked the place but it's a bit old-fashioned, next time I prefer Regent

Dining room tv was not playing, and lights were too dime. And you only had one charging point for a room that accommodates 4 people.
