The cleanliness of the room and location

Cons:

I had no water on arrival and no water after room was made up and had to call for a bottle of water to be brought to the room . When they made up the room , there were no towels left in the room , nothing zero and I called hour keeping and we told they would bring them only , this was around 17:00 only to be woken up by a knock on the door around 22:20 by house keeping bringing me towels ,zero apology just here are your towels.mind you I requested that she bring us water as well which she never bothered with and i never bothered to ask her coz she was clearly not interested

The water I drank that they keep in the room tasted exactly like tap water. Of which I dont drink tap water because of my stomach problems
