My room was very spacious and lovely

Cons:

Your staff, especially the ladies when they wanted to kick me out but I extended my stay when I went downstairs was made to a joke and were laughing about it and didn't laugh or didn't find humor in that, my card wasn't activated but lucky the cleaning lady was there to open for me.

Facility is beautiful

Cons:

After driving 14 hours to get there. There is no queue order, the staff help whoever they liked, people being pulled from the queue. We had to wait forever, tired and needed to rest.
