I only stayed for one night after arriving in Atlanta a day earlier than planned due to weather. The check in process was quick and the staff friendly, but this is a very busy hotel and is quite noisy at all hours of the night. Between people yelling down the halls and slamming doors, it was very difficult to sleep. The beds were also hard as a rock - to the point where I kept waking up from losing circulation in my arm. I did appreciate the easy access to terminal via the skytrain. However, note that you do have to exit the hotel and walk a few minutes to get to it. Overall it was adequate but I wouldn’t stay again if I were stuck at the airport for a night.
Restaurant was open late
Just average
Terrible service, terrible room.
Caveat to this review, we just completed two weeks in European hotels under the same brand with excellent service and great rooms.
Upon arrival we were told where we could find a luggage cart vs the opposite experience at the JFK Airport Marriott and stark contrast to the European Marriotts.
The front desk checked in all the pilots and crew members before acknowledging us. The attendant was rude and short. Put us on a 2nd floor room with a view of a wall and a roof, clearly their cheap stack in the hotel.
Called for luggage service in the morning, they brought a cart. Again stark contrast to JFK and European experience. Piss poor experience.
And we are Bonvoy members and usually get better service than this.
La atención, el personal, el confort, muy buena exoeriencia
Creo que todo esta bien
I always stay with Marriot because of the options in amenities. I love the snack area available by the check out and the amenities in the room. Good job all the staff was great down to the valet attendant; this was my 1st time at that one and they are all very helpful and were able to answer my questions.

Location
Great location near Atlanta airport.
The only breakfast available was from a Starbucks in the hotel reception area which was a great disappointment. We paid $$$ for a later checkout but room cleaner was very rude when we asked for 2 teabags to make a cup of tea during that time.
The pros: The sole selling point for this hotel is its location - it is steps from the AirTrain. We had a 6 am flight home and it was so convenient. We were able to return our rental car the night before and it took us just a few minutes on the train to get back to the hotel. The cons: The decor is dated and worn. The double rooms have double beds, not queens. Extremely strong chlorine/bleach odor in the lobby and cigarette smoke odor in the elevators. Most importantly, PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED - IT IS $45/DAY, no in/out privileges. I don't know whether this is the same at all the concourse hotels, but be sure to tack it on to the daily cost when comparing options.
Location is super - could only be better with a dedicated entrance to the SkyTrain so we wouldn't have to walk outside ;-)
Restaurant (Champions) was quite good. Our server was excellent.
I wish hotels, this one included, did not have the mattress so high off the floor. It's awkward and makes sitting on the bed nigh impossible for those of us in the 5'6" range ;-/
The is my second time staying here. My sons live in Atlanta and this will always be my go-to hotel. It's a beautiful hotel. Clean, pleasant and helpful staff. The restaurant is nice and not overpriced. My second great experience at this property.
