Breakfast is amazing and free dinner is convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Made suggestion to manager last time about free water in rooms. He put water in room but they are $5 a piece. Still nice to have in middle of night.
Second time room hasn't been clean. First time bed spread was dirty, had food on it. Second time there was dog food on floor.
Kids loved the waterfall in the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast spread included. Overall it was a great value and we enjoyed our stay.
A few small complaints…we came across a pair of someone else’s dirty socks on a very high up shelf in the room, easy spot to miss cleaning and strange spot to put your socks, room seemed otherwise clean. The coffee at breakfast was very watery and the covers on the beds are very noisy every time you move. All small issues!
The breakfast was okay, about what you'd expect of a hotel breakfast. They did have some nice topping options for the waffles, cereal, and eggs, which you don't always see. I really enjoyed the warm cookies that evening. I appreciated having the commode separate from the shower area, which makes for less congestion. My husband's biggest complaint with hotels in general is the beds, but the bed in our room was great!
The things I didn't like were very minor. I hated the shower door. Due to the design, it didn't seal well. My husband hated the couch and said it wasn't comfortable. That's about it.

Our stay was ok. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, hotel was clean. Only complaints were 1) The window shades in the room weren’t long enough to cover the window, so bright lights from the neighboring businesses were shinning in our eyes while in bed. We had to block the gap with pillows which shouldn’t be necessary. And 2) bed comfort should have been better for this higher priced hotel compared to others that we’ve stayed at in the area.
The bed was comfortable. My wife and I are frequent travelers, we have always enjoyed Marriot Bonvoy properties in our past travels and will continue to stay at our favorites, just not this location.
We were quoted a nightly rate of $179 per night, we stayed 2 nights. We were charged $239 for the first night, $179 for the second night (same room?). Breakfast was disappointing, various food items ran out (also utensils), no restock. We couldn't get our TV to work, we called the front desk where they told us to unplug the TV (that did nothing). We finally got it on, but the remote wouldn't work (stayed on the same channel and low volume). The toilet ran all night, when I lifted the lid off the back, the flapper wasn't covering the hole, made it difficult to sleep. Noise in the hallway, we were on the 4th floor (top) but it sounded like people were running back and forth on top of us.
Great family hotel! We spent a lot of time in the pool. The beds were comfy and the setup with 2 queens + sofa worked well for our family of 2 adults and 2 tweens.

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Good size room, bathroom was a little strange but clean.
The pool and hot tub the bleach smell was so strong with the spray coming off from jets burned the eyes.
