Lovely stay
Pros:

Excellent location for our stopover. Clean and friendly staff. I mean the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The staff were clean too though.

Cons:

All good but no bacon at breakfast.

Pros:

Professional staff, nice big rooms

Cons:

No hot water for shower, had to complain to reception. 15 mins before we were due to check out we received a call to say hot water had been fixed. We both had to rush to shower and then check out. Breakfast was a bit limited in variety

Pros:

The staff were really nice and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious. Really enjoyed our stay and would likely stay there again. The location was not as close to A&M, however, there were many options within walking distance to eat.

Stale Cigarettes.

It is in a good location.

Cons:

I think this wouldve been a fine stay, however, our room reeked of cigarette smoke. And I’m not talking I caught a whiff—it smelled like I was in an ashtray. This is a non smoking hotel btw. Front desk had no other room available because they sold the last room 20 mins before our arrival. They admitted housekeeping noticed the smoke smell after checkout of the previous guest “but hoped it would be fine by the time we checked in”. It wasnt. I know a bad guest is the cause, but if they knew the room wasnt up to standards why would they allow us to have it?

Terrible. Will not be going back
Pros:

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

First room ac didn’t work. They moved us to another room. Ac barely worked in new room, was barely tolerable. Room was dirty. Tub was dirty. Wiring was exposed in the ceiling. Bed was uncomfortable. Checked out a day early and moved to a different hotel.
