Good experience. Nice hotel. Room was great. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay but not brilliant. Limited food options at the bar in the evening.
Good atmosphere felt right at home. Staff went above and beyond. I didnt get the managers name but she helped me get the room I needed after deciding I didnt want to be on the top floor. She even called me later to make sure i was all set.
Every time I've stayed here it has been a great experience. The check-in process is smooth. the staff is friendly. Briggitte and Tiara has been the staff member that has frequently been there to greet and help me check-in or answer any questions I have. The shuttle service is reliable for these properties.
First time at this hotel. Room was pleasant and breakfast was good. Service at the front desk was very attentive....appreciated. The shuttle to the airport was on time and very convenient.....will stay here again simply based on that. As a note, the TVs in the room could be updated to allow casting with various apps.
We chose this hotel as a convenient overnight stay from Denver airport . The hotel shuttle was easy to find and use . Also the fact you could book a return slot once at the hotel. Friendly greeting at reception and a comfortable room to sleep off that jet lag . Would definitely book this hotel again .
The hotel was good. It had a nice fitness area and pool. It is close to the airport. It is a good place to stay before or after a flight and meet up with family.
While I usually stay at the Hyatt Place Pena Station location down the street because of the train access this hotel at least has an airport shuttle. I chose this location for the more spacious room. The staff were very helpful and the room was large and clean. If you are bringing family, particularly for an extended stay, book a trio room. These are 2 bedroom 2 bath rooms with a small living space and large kitchenette. Also of note, I needed a laundry facility and was pleasantly surprised to find it was free. Breakfast was exactly what you would expect for this level of hotel. I will return.
Just stayed one night had a early flight and needed to be close to airport. Bed was amazing, room was clean served the purpose.
We chose the Hyatt House Denver Airport specifically because it advertises secure “Park, Stay & Fly” parking, and we trusted the Hyatt brand to provide safety and professional customer service. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite and extremely distressing.
Within three hours of leaving the hotel at 4:00 AM for the airport, our Ford F-150 was stolen from the hotel parking area. We were unaware of the theft until seven days later, when we returned from our trip and found our vehicle gone. A man walking his dog at 7:00 AM the same morning had already found our business cards and personal belongings discarded in the road just a few blocks from the hotel, confirming the theft happened shortly after we left.
When we asked the front desk if our truck had been towed, Front Desk Manager Antonia Williams immediately said, “We don’t tow cars—it was probably stolen,” then asked what type of vehicle it was. When we said Ford F-150, she responded that those are stolen all the time in this area, and told us the only thing we could do was file a police report. She also stated the hotel only has security cameras at the front desk and none covering the parking areas, which is shocking for a property advertising secure airport parking. Her demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful during an already extremely stressful situation, and she told me she did not have to help me if I was being “forceful,” despite the circumstances.
We have now called General Manager Javier Tafoya twice and have received no return call.
When filing the police report, officers told us that the hotels along this road are aware of ongoing vehicle thefts and break-ins, yet do not warn guests and continue to advertise secure parking. We were also informed that we were the third call that same morning reporting thefts and break-ins along that stretch of hotels.
At minimum, there is a serious, known security problem at this location that guests are not being informed about. Advertising secure parking under these conditions feels like a bait-and-switch. Hyatt is a brand we associate with quality, safety, and accountability, and this location falls far short of those standards.
We are extremely dissatisfied with the lack of security, lack of transparency, and lack of concern shown by hotel management. This issue reflects poorly on the Hyatt brand, and we will be escalating this matter further. Future guests deserve to know the risks before leaving their vehicles here.
Stayed just one night to enjoy Christmas events nearby. Was easy and convenient. Only downside was the lofty parking fee.
The front desk person is really nice. The room is big and clean. The price is reasonable. It is a great stay. The shuttle service adds additional value.
Great value convenient, shuttle, great breakfast and good workout room.. Will definitely be back. Good location for local restaurant also
Lovely room, excellent bed and pillows, very pleasant check in! We will definitely stay here again the next time we need a hotel near the airport!
This was a home away from home. I liked the living space. Having the kitchen was perfect for making a meal when needed. Overall great experience
Lovely, updated property with friendly staff. The airport shuttle was convenient, and they even had a cookies at the check-in counter. My son's favorite part was the spinning wheel where he won us 500 extra Hyatt points!
I am extremely disappointed with the hotel’s management. The manager, Antonio, personally promised me a full refund for my stay which never actually occurred. I cancelled the reservation as we found another suite with the Marriott that was more suitable for my family, including my 9 month old soon. Antonio honored my cancellation and promised to refund the money when I called to on 10/20 after being inaccurately charged. She claimed she updated my email on file to ensure I would receive notification of my refund processing. This left me feeling very happy about my interaction with this hotel and their customer service, however I never received the notification. I waited seven business days and then followed up to confirm when the refund would be credited to my account and my email address had been updated. The person I spoke with this time fixed my email and encouraged me to call back the next day when Antonio would be in the office to confirm the refund details. I called the next day, spoke to Antonio, and she denied remembering the promise and speaking to me and refused to process the refund.
This is not a misunderstanding — it was a clear commitment that was not honored. I have documentation of the date and details of the conversation and will be sharing them with the hotel’s corporate office and my payment provider if this is not resolved immediately. I expect the hotel to take responsibility and to correct this promptly; other guests should insist that any refund or compensation be given in writing as the hotel manager, Antonio is not sincere.
The hotel itself was fine and about what one would expect. We stayed in the general area a few years ago and it was a vibrant location with many nightspots. At that time I never felt uncomfortable walking at night. This time I really had a feeling that I was not safe. Cars would drive by and slow down as they passed me as if studying me as a 'mark' making me feel uncomfortable. The vicinity is home to numerous hotels but the area itself has really gone downhill. The city of Aurora's policies have allowed deterioration. I could not walk on the sidewalk in one area as a man engaged in a loud argument with himself had taken up residence and littered the immediate area with all sorts of trash and discarded food. It appeared he had been there for quite some time to collect as much garbage as he had. The hotels have a big investment and should exercise their power to get the city to do something.
Great property close to Denver International Airport. This is my fourth stay here prior to flying on a trip and I love the condition, comfort and consistency of this hotel.
This was our second time at this Hyatt House Denver Airport. We also booked a separate room for my cousin. What I like the best is: great airport shuttle, larger than typical room size, fantastic shower water pressure, perfect cleanliness, surprisingly quiet given you are right next to the airport, quick walk to a very nearby convenience store, everything a room needs and nothing you don't, surprisingly comfortable sofa, loved the firm beds, never ever do you hear hallway noise, nicely heated pool, 5 minutes to a number of acceptable restaurants (several of which are in walking distances as well), 15 minute drive to most nearby suburbs and just 25 minutes to right downtown. My cousin also liked it.
