Used to love it. But if not improved, we might have to search for other hotels..
Pros:

Almost every year we would stay here. Especially during eidulfitri season. As our parents kampung is here in Ipoh. We truly enjoyed the stay that is why we kept on coming. The food was nice and served hot.

The lift was under maintenance, but the staff was hospitable and showed us to the staff lift. Overall was a nice stay.

But came again this year (2026) , the new kid's pool is filled with bird excretion, the food was mediocre and there's not much choices. Even the hot water on the thermos isnt hot. The restaurant is under maintenance, thus they had to use the first floor lounging area for the buffet set up. But the food got easily cold beacuse of the air cond temperature.

The amenities in the room had no slippers, nor laundry bag. We had to ask the staff to provide it for us.

Please improve. We used to love coming here and enjoy the varies food from nasi lauk kampung with ulam2 to western cuisines..

Cons:

Hated the dirtiness of the pool. It might cause an outbreak within kids using the pool if you dont take action.

The fifth floor reek of the cigarette smell.

Food and hot drinks are not hot.
