Pros:

Swimming pool area is good.

Cons:

Almost all Breakfast dishes are local.
Widows glasses are not sound proof.
Level of maintenance is low, you can notice slow motion of water flow in strainers , low presser from taps and fungus in silicon at the edges of the sink.
Although it's a walking distance from the market, it's a quiet dangerous to cross the in-between roundabout.

Love staying here!
Pros:

Everything was wonderful , we love staying here . All Staff were friendly & very helpful...None stop smiling faces!
the Teh Tarik at the cafe was good!

Cons:

The breakfast...did not meet our expectations (eg. the fried beehoon was too dry - 'keras'). Need some improvement on the breakfast menu. Once improved, the hotel is superb!

Value for money but quite a no frills stay.
Pros:

Friendly concierge and reception staff. Very large room with comfortable bed and pillows and nice views of the limestone mountains. Room slippers on request, tea and coffee refilled with ironing board and safe. Smart TV with apps.
A little cut off from the old town, but easily reachable under 15/20 mins in peak traffic, less than ten mins int he night. A surprising find was the the Kin Loong Ipoh Whjte coffee located in the next building to the Hotel. The beautiful Chinese temples is also a short ten min Grab ride away.

Cons:

The Ac in our room 822 was playing up, but because it had a lovely view of the mountains we stayed. The shower is really poor with pathetic water pressure, this was the worst part of the room. The soap dispenser was also not working or the product had finished, and since it was a bathtub this will not be senior citizen friendly.
