The ambience and the cleanliness
The quality of food - room service & breakfast buffet need improvement. It was good before the coffee house renovation
The location was nearby with mall.
The facilities were outdated especially in the room. Due to the usage of carpet, it was not really clean as carpet attracts dust. And the bathroom facilities were outdated too! The hair dryer was not functioning properly. Please consider to upgrade the facilities!! I had a great expectation with Impiana.
It is clean, comfortable and quite nice for a re-furbished old hotel. Everything is pleasant.
Check-in and out were very smooth.
Unexpectedly, the pool is quite big and the kids have 2 pool choices.
The breakfast choices are not bad at all. Love they have made on site roti canai, love the scones, etc.
There is a bath tub in the room but it does not filling up. Something about the drain is leaking and water just stays at your ankle level no matter how long you're filling up...
The staff is good. However the baby cot only arrived after the 3rd time i asked

The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the coffee house everyone was helpful, courteous, friendly making us feel at home. Even the guard was courteous. The food was value for money and tasty. The pasta was amazing.
Truthfully speaking? Nothing really. They are undergoing a renovation. They apologised about it. And it was understandable.
