Comfortable
Pros:

Comfortable room, soundproofing is good enough. Buy far this is the best hotel I have stayed at this price point and if i were to come to Ipoh again, I will come back to this hotel.

Cons:

Basement carpark has no lift link to the hotel lobby. Not a big problem, just recommended to drop off elderly or luggage at the lobby first before going to basement parking.

Nice customer service.

Cons:

Very noise with construction work not early information regarding construction..make me migrain pain. Support they give room to other floor. Didn't tell tht construction work for two days.

The breakfast buffet, is worth it!!

Cons:

No dislikes, staff is friendly. We came at a time the restaurant and pool was having renovations

Perhaps you should bring back the bedroom slippers.
