El personal és molt amable, la ubicació és immillorable.

Les instal·lacions estan descuidades, llums foses, molta fortor de clavegueram a l'habitació (suite), el Wifi a la tercera planta no funcionava, el menjar estava bé, però no per un Hotel de 4 estrelles. Et cobren la beguda apart, els noms del menjar i les seves intoleràncies no quadraven amb la realitat, llums caigudes, cables elèctrics a la vista, pintura de la façana caiguda...

Sabent que és una excepció per ser el dia que era, la nit de cap d'any no vam poder gaudir de l'espai del gàstro-bar, tot el personal i espais estaven dedicats al sopar i celebració de la nit. Ho entenem però ens va saber greu.

De dos noches que estuvimos no dormimos bien ninguna. Los colchones son de muelles viejos, para un hotel de 4 estrellas es estafar.
