Os recursos naturais são abundantes na propriedade. Fácil acesso a todas as instalações (praia, restaurante, bar). Amplo lazer para crianças. Piscina ampla e em temperatura adequada. Comida bem elaborada. Atendimento eficiente. Entretenimento noturno.

Hotel muito bom, mas poderia ser muito melhor ainda se prestassem atenção em detalhes. Condições do banheiro não eram das melhores, claramente precisa de reforma e urgentemente abandonar essas cortinas de banho que são indecentes. Lata de sabonete líquido horrível e que não funciona. Pelo menos tudo estava bem limpo. Atendimento do pessoal dentro do hotel é nota 10.

This property has everything we could ask for! We will definitely be back. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are spotless, the food is fresh, the staff are friendly, and it’s perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of activities and spaces for kids. It was our first time here, but certainly not our last. We have nothing negative to mention—well done, Serrambi Resort!

Esta é a quinta vez que fomos ao Hotel. A praia é fantástica, limpa, com piscinas naturais, ideal para uma viagem em família. A estrutura do hotel excelente,porém, o que fica a desejar é a acústica do quarto e a cama, um colchão um pouco duro. Funcionários excelentes, em especial a Shirla, o Júnior, e os demais funcionários do setor de restaurantes, bares da praia e piscina. O gerente é sensível, sempre preocupado com as necessidades dos hóspedes. Qualidade e fartura de comida. E além de estar no paraíso, o cuidado com trato super maravilhoso com os animais ( coelhos, araras, peixes, tucanos e gatos)

Resort pequeno e bonito. Comida muito simples. Preços abusivos para almoço e porções. Não está preparado para o inverno nublado e chuvoso do Nordeste. Piscina gelada sem aquecimento e você tem que se deslocar embaixo de chuva para sair do quarto. Pouca atividade para adultos. A noite o único lugar pra ficar é o bar da piscina e lá fica também a recreação dos pequenos até as 21h. Tudo misturado. Salão de jogos pessimo. Talvez seja bom para família com crianças pequenas. Eu não gostei.
