We always stay here when in Latvia, love to live here.
Pros:

We always stay at Neiburgs Hotel—it truly feels like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable, with the Christmas Markets right on the doorstep. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and everything you need is right at hand. The restaurant is excellent, with both breakfast and dinner always delicious.

Cons:

A small issue with waste drain on the bathtub, but this was promptly address, so even the complaints were handled efficiently.

Wenn nochmals Riga, dann gerne wieder dieses Hotel
Pros:

2 min in die Altstadt, 5-10 min zu Fuss von der Bushaltestelle Linie 22 entfernt, sehr sauber, egal wo. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Extrem große, bequeme Betten. Toller Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Kleine Küchenzeile (haben wir nicht genutzt). Sehr gute Verdunkelung der Zimmer. Gutes W-Lan (Internet) im ganzen Hotel. Kostenfreie Wasserflaschen wurden jedenTag erneuert. Warmes und kaltes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Besonders der Lachs war sehr gut. Buffet wurde ständig kontolliert ob was fehlt und wenn es nicht mehr schön anzusehen war, wieder in Ordnung gebracht und alles schnell wieder aufgefüllt. Späte Checkout-Zeit bis 12.00 Uhr. Kleine nette Pubs in 2 min Entfernung. Deutsche TV Sender.

Cons:

Alles was jetzt hier steht hat uns nicht gestört und ist "meckern auf hohem Niveau" :-), aber man könnte es noch verbessern. Der TV Empfang: Die Bandbreite ist so niedrig, dass das Bild und der Ton ruckelt. Eine Badewanne könnte für ältere Personen wegen des Einstiegs zum Problem werden. Der Rezeptionsbereich ist ewas dunkel. Etwas heller und freundlicher wäre toll. Vor dem Hoteleingang wäre ein kleines Vordach ganz nett. Trotz guter Auswahl beim Frühstück wurde in 4 Tagen nur einmal etwas verändert. Statt Gemüse gab es Kartoffeln. Hier könnte man etwas verbessern: Süsswaren (Kuchen), Wurst, Käse, Brot, etc. könnte man variieren.
Wenn das alles geändert würde ist die Note 10 nicht hoch genug.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

Lovely breakfast - Champagne included at the weekend was an extra bonus. Location was excellent. Room was very comfortable and the kitchen was useful.

Cons:

Being in the centre of town, sometimes there was noise from the street. I didn't find it intrusive or disturbing, but others might.

Very good hotel would stay here again if I was to return to Riga
Pros:

Very good location easy to get to all places in and around Old Town. Room was a great size and well equipped. Hotel is very clean. Staff where all friendly and approachable. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
