Ha sido una estancia muy muy agradable.
Pros:

Sobre todo la limpieza y la amabilidad de los empleados del hotel. El servicio de buffet del desayuno y de la cena, muy buenos. Tienen una piscina estupenda y está muy bien situado. Las vistas desde la habitación, muy buenas. En nuestro caso, podíamos contemplar el mar y el Teide.

Cons:

Solo comentar la comodidad de los colchones. Son de muelles y algunos un poco gastados. Pero lo comentamos en recepción cuando nos marchábamos y nos dieron las gracias y nos dijeron que porqué no se lo habíamos comentado antes, pues nos los hubieran cambiado sin problema. Muy amables y atentos por su parte.

La limpieza de pena, ta taza del baño sucia de caca por fuera , las juntas de la bañeras muy sucias, las sábanas manchadas de sangre o algo parecido, muy incómoda en ese aspecto.

Excelente y 100% recomendable nada que ver con las valoraciones que había leído negativas
Pros:

Me hospede con mi pareja unos días y el trato del personal fue excelente invitándonos incluso a comer, el personal del hotel en todo momento fue amable y servicial siempre estando atentos que no nos faltase de nada y las instalaciones están de maravilla

hotel aceptable, servicio buffet pésimo

Las vistas desde el hotel
Está muy cerca del Loro parque
La limpieza de la habitación y el personal de limpieza muy agradable.
El personal de recepción estuvo correcto en todo momento.
Baño amplio y colchones muy cómodos

Cons:

Le doy una puntuación más baja a este hotel por el servicio de comidas....ni nos gustó el desayuno (todo y que hay variedad pero de muy baja calidad) y tampoco nos gustó la cena (teníamos media pensión) siempre había lo mismo.
pero lo que menos nos gustó fue el trato por parte de los camareros y servicio del buffet, además de encontrar un robo que por un vaso de cocacola pequeño te cobren 2,50€.....si tienen que cobrar la bebida que cobren una botella o lata pero no un vaso a ese precio.
Realmente el servicio pésimo y si tengo que volver a la Isla no lo realizaría en este hotel solo que por todos estos inconvenientes.
