Al‘s Resort war sehr schön. Wir haben ein Zimmer Upgrade bekommen, da wir mit der Familie 3 Zimmer gebucht haben. In dem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage etwas laut. Man hat uns sofort ein weiteres Upgrade gegeben

Great location for Chaweng / fabulous staff
Pros:

Amazing friendly staff. Great location for Chaweng (not my vibe; too many clubs and over-priced tourist traps) near the mall and right on the main drag. Pool and beach had loungers and towels and service for coffee and cocktails. Room was large, perfectly clean and serviced everyday. My only complaint is the water doesn't get hot and the sink pressure was but a dribble. Could use some updating but no complaints for the price!

朝食ビュッフェのレストランが海の目の前で見晴らしがよく、気持ちがよかった。品数は多くないが、日ごとに内容が少し変わっていて工夫が感じられた。オムレツとスクランブルエッグは注文後に調理してくれるのが嬉しかった。

Dåligt städat rum. Extremt mycket mygg som tog sig in för lätt i rummet. Hotellet behöver ett lyft! Receptions servicen var under all kritik. Kunde inte hjälpa till att boka taxi till flygplatsen (vilket alla andra hotell vi bodde på kunde) sa att vi var tvunga (i regn) att gå upp på gatan & hitta taxi. Tog fel betalningar - var allmänt röriga.

Pros:

Not a bad place. A bit tired and scruffy though. Staff are perfect. Lots of building work going on at the time I was there. I did book the cheapest room and you could tell. Old, damaged furniture and generally tired. But it wasn’t expensive. I wouldn’t go again but it wasn’t horrible.

Pros:

The access to the sea was most convenient.
Don't forget your sandles, the paths can get very hot! The pools and surroundings are very nice. The planting of plants and trees gives a homely feel.
