Sono arrivata 12 minuti dopo le 23.00. orario in cui la reception chiude e giustamente mi hanno mandato i codici di ingresso per accedere alla mia camera, dopo aver ricevuto n.3 chiamate per sapere a che punto del viaggio fossi. Una volta entrata in camera, la stessa si presentava sporca, con letti da rifare e asciugamani tutti sporchi; insomma, la camera non era stata preparata. Il giorno dopo mi sono sentita dire un semplice "je suis desole". Un caffè, una colazione per scusarsi... potevano offrirla, niente. Per fortuna mi hanno cambiato la camera, che era perfetta.
