Perfect French hospitality and great location
Pros:

Super homely and welcoming. Everyone was eager to help and we loved having our own table where our wine was waiting for us when we arrived for dinner. The food was excellent to the point we ate in every night, we also loved not having to choose our dinner. The room was comfortable and the pool / jacuzzi a bonus. 5 mins from the Intersport and Super Morzine. Highly recommended and we will be back I am sure!

Cons:

We didn’t have a shower. There was a shower head, all that was needed was a curtain and a bracket.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, it's a small hotel so they look after you.

Cons:

Put glasses in the rooms instead of paper cups.

Pros:

Les repas étaient excellents et très bien présentés et le personnels très chalheureux.

Cons:

L'entrée de l'établissement peut être mieux indiquée sur la route de derrière ce qui aurait évité à mon amie de faire une grave chute. Il faudrait mettre une barriére à la sortie des escaliers de la piscine car il n'y a rien pour se tenir.

Fantastic stay! Definitely recommend.
Pros:

The room was great - warm, spacious and clean with a beautiful view! Short walking distance from the Super Morzine and into the town which was excellent for us! The pool and jacuzzi were a bonus after a long day skiing. Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.

Pros:

Hôtel situé idéalement à deux pas de la passerelle qui vous emmène au centre de Morzine.
Accueil chaleureux, personnel disponible est agréable.
Piscine couverte agréable, elle donne sur l'extérieur.
Jacuzzi à disposition.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le sauna car il était éteint.
La fourniture de peignoirs et de pantoufles serait un vrai plus pour se rendre de la chambre à la piscine

Un cadre agréable pour des vacances qui le sont tout autant.
Pros:

Les gérants sont très serviables et attentionnés. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le cadre est très joli, les chambres sont typiques des chalets de montagne et les zones communes restaurant, piscine... mélangent un style moderne et rustique très réussi. L'hôtel tout comme ses abords sont propres et bien entretenus, les équipements sont en état de marche et ne faisant pas l'état d'une obsolescence avancée. Les petits déjeuners sont complets et les repas du soir en demi pension sont tout simplement succulents. Produits régionaux et dressage proche d'un restaurant gastronomique. Nous conseillons vivement l'établissement.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Le confort, le calme et la proximité avec la ville. L hôtel est joli et typique de la région. Les repas du soir sont très bons et originaux. La chambre est très belle et spacieuse.
Le pass montagne est parfait.

Cons:

La chaleur dans la chambre. J aurai apprécié dans la chambre de quoi me faire une tisane ou un café.

Pros:

The property was nice. Couple of annoyances 1. We weren’t told we could get the multi pass from the hotel which wasted a lot of time and could have been expensive and additional fees for using sauna was not great. Otherwise, rooms clean and breakfast basic but fine. Location great and swimming pool nice.

Relaxed verblijf in een levendige plaats.
Pros:

Het totaalplaatje. Een prima familiair hotel met alles erop en eraan. Mooie ligging, prima kamer en lekker zwembad. Ook het avondeten was lekker en het weekmenu goed uitgebalanceerd. Met de multipas tegen een heel aantrekkelijke prijs zijn bijna alle bergliften in de regio te gebruiken evenals een deel van het OV. Daarmee zijn tourtochten door de bergen goed te organiseren.
