Such a pity: nice hotel with bad service

The hotel is nice, comfortable and well decorated

Cons:

The staff and service in general. For starters, they let you check in from 3-4pm and they don’t let you place your luggage in the hotel if you arrive early (we arrived at 11am and they weren’t flexible). At 3pm I didn’t receive any instruction to check in. I have to message and call several numbers to get information to get it. Once there hours later, the parking was closed and no staff at the hotel. I tried to call and asked why everything was closed and they said it was empty and that I couldn’t park there even when they say it’s allowed. I really don’t understand why they offer services they do nor provide. If you don’t want to pay staff because of low occupancy , simply don’t open.

Great find
Pros:

Very friendly, helpful staff on reception and on breakfast.

A very comfy double bed, very clean bathroom and bedroom. Would have used the pool but the weather wasn't very good.

Parking just up the road.

El hotel es de reciente construcción. Está bien equipado y la distribución del espacio de la habitación es perfecta.

Cons:

Creo que tienen recorrido en la forma de tratar con los clientes. Habiendo pagado por anticipado la habitación, fui requeridos dos veces (una por teléfono y otra por whatsapp) para hacer el pago que ya estaba hecho. Así mismo insistieron de forma cansina para que hiciera el check-in online, habiendo consultado yo previaamente al hotel de que se podía hacer presencial.

Cómodo, limpio.
Aunque la zona para aparcar alrededor es complicada, tiene parking por 10€

Cons:

El aire solo salía caliente MUY caliente, aunque lo cambiases al frío seguía saliendo caliente, son por rejilla conductora en el techo
