Pros:

I stayed in this hotel 20 years ago as well as recently and really like the fact that it is an historic building and right in the centre of Loches. The people running it are very pleasant and helpful.

A lovely return to how French hotels werE.
Pros:

We love this hotel. It is full of old France charm. It is in need of some restoration but we would not wish the character of the hotel to change. So much nicer than bland “modern” hotels like the Best Western nearby. The evening meal was memorable. We know the business owners have longstanding problems with the owner and we sincerely hope they will be resolved favourably soon. Recommended and we will definitely return.

Très bon séjour . Accueil chaleureux et attentif.hotel très bien situé. Conseils judicieux du personnel beaucoup de gentillesse .Cadre très joli et agréable Diner délicieux dans le patio.à conseiller vivement.

If you like old towns with history and want to stay in an old coaching inn (logis de france), then stay here! It is old but cleaned very well. The restaurant (also dining room for breakfast) is beautiful. Le monsieur (owner) is a excellent chef and madame serves meals for an elegant and unhurried evening. often only 4-6 other tables dining. We stayed for 3 weeks and loved Loches and the Hotel de France!

Hôtel très bien situé dans la ville et en particulier pour visiter le château.
Les chambres sont confortables, cossues, et possèdent un charme rassurant. Les gérants vont au devant de nos besoins et ont à coeur de faciliter notre séjour ce qui l'a rendu très agréable. Nous avons notamment pu bénéficier du parking privé tout le temps de notre visite de la ville.
