Hotel très joli et agréable. L’équipe d’accueil très professionnelle et sympathique. Un merci particulier à Raphael qui a été attentionné gentil.
Petit déjeuner parfait et produits d’hygiène de qualité à disposition dans la chambre.

Pros:

Its very clean and the space is perfect for everything you need in your stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide free water supply to fill your bottles and the water is really fresh. You get 24h free beverages and this is a huge add on

Tout etait top de l'accueil par le personnel au logement tres propre. La machine a cafe a volonté à l'entrée est une superbe idee !

L’hôtel est bien placé, à deux minutes de la gare

Cons:

Hôtel visuellement très joli de l’extérieur et le lobby donne une excellente première impression. Malheureusement, le reste ne suit pas. Les finitions dans les parties communes comme dans les chambres laissent à désirer, avec beaucoup de rafistolages visibles. Enfin, le personnel ne semble pas réellement formé à l’hôtellerie et l’accueil manque de professionnalisme et d’amabilité. Dommage, car le potentiel est là.
