Fantastistische ervaring
Pros:

We hadden een hotel én een restaurant nodig op doorreis naar de Provence. We kregen een ruime, fijne kamer met balkon. Ietwat gedateerd, maar de bedden sliepen geweldig, de badkamer was ruim en schoon. De grootste verrassing was het restaurant mét Michelin ster. Heerlijk gegeten, hoge kwaliteit en een fijne ambiance. Dat alles voor een prijs waar ze zich in Nederland voor zouden schamen. Fantastische bediening en de keuken hield attent rekening met de gluten allergie van één van ons. We komen zeker terug!

Cons:

Beim Nachtessen gab es Entenbrust welche zäh wie Leder war. 6 Personen am Tisch haben das gesagt. Keine reaktion der Chefin, das ist so . Kein entgegenkommen, so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt in einem Gourmetrestaurant für 75Euro.

Alles in allem nicht schlecht aber mit Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und gross. Restaurant und frühstücksraumDie Nähe zur Rennstrecke Mirecourt ist optimal.

Cons:

Wir haben am 11.09.2025 im Restaurant gegessen. Leider war die Entenbrust zäh wie eine Schuhsohle, was in einem 1-Sterne-Restaurant schlicht nicht akzeptabel ist. Mehrere Personen am Tisch haben dies reklamiert, doch das Servierpersonal reagierte nicht angemessen: Statt einer Lösung wurde lediglich ein schärferes Messer gebracht – mit dem Hinweis, dies sei „normal“.

So etwas darf bei diesem Anspruch nicht passieren, auch wenn die übrigen Gänge sehr gut waren. Zusätzlich überrascht es, dass das Personal kein Englisch spricht – in einem internationalen Umfeld sollte das selbstverständlich sein.

Auch die Zimmer könnten verbessert werden: Die Dusche in der Badewanne ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und für ein Haus dieser Kategorie eher enttäuschend.
