Che all’interno era un po’ datato anche se molto pulito. Colazione buona ma in alcuni 3 stelle hanno comunque più cose, tra cui le uova sbattute (in questo andavano pagate a parte)

Posizione silenziosa e tranquilla, in mezzo al verde.
Camera spaziosa e confortevole, spazi comuni gradevoli

Cons:

Bagno pulito ma un po' trascurato: scarichi otturati e alcune piastrelle vasca-doccia rotte.
La piscina era fuori uso per tutta la durata del soggiorno e non è stato detto al momento della prenotazione

Non è un Hotel da 4 stelle, ma neanche da 2-3 stelle.

Niente. Non è un Hotel a 4 stelle. La struttura in origine bella è in uno stato di abbandono. Usano personale straniero che non capisce l'italiano e non fanno le pulizie delle camere.

Cons:

Siamo arrivati lunedì 17/08 alle 14.45 per il check-in. La camera è stata disponibile alle 16.30. Quando siamo entrati la persona che puliva la stanza si è arrabbiata con noi.
La mattina mentre eravamo in viaggio, l'Hotel ci ha avvisato che la piscina era in manutenzione e sarebbe stata disponibile il giorno dopo (martedì 18/08). Il giorno dopo la piscina non era disponibile. Nonostante la nostra richiesta la Responsabile dell'Hotel si è rifiutata di parlare con noi anche al telefono perché non voleva essere disturbata.
Mentre stavamo reclamando ho sentito una persona responsabile della cucina, che dichiarava che non aveva nessuna intenzione di chiamare un'azienda per la manutenzione.
Ad altri clienti appena arrivati alla reception hanno detto che la piscina sarebbe stata disponibile venerdì 21 (casualmente partivano giovedì 20/08). Hanno chiesto di andare almeno alla SPA (a pagamento) e mentre salivano in camera la receptionist ha chiamato d'urgenza un addetto alla pulizia perché nessuno aveva pulito la SPA.
Più clienti stavano protestando per la piscina e stavano lasciando l'Hotel come abbiamo fatto noi.
Una cliente ha protestato perché non avevano pulito la stanza da 3 giorni. Il cestino con le bucce di banane era ancora lì. La persona alla reception ha dovuto spiegare all'Indiano che puliva le stanze di buttare i rifiuti nella sua lingua perché non capiva l'italiano. Un cuoco si è messo ad urlare con la signora che protestava per le mancate pulizie perché aveva offeso le due ragazze delle reception.
Penso che basti.

Our Relaxing Poolside Break Was Ruined

The suite itself was clean, comfortable and well presented.

Unfortunately, this became largely irrelevant because the main reason we booked Toscana Verde was to relax beside the pool.

Only an hour before check-in, after we had already paid for our entire stay, we were informed that the pool was closed for “maintenance”. When we arrived, the water was bright green and clearly unusable. The pool remained closed the following day.

Since we live at the coast, this break was specifically intended as a quiet escape where we could relax beside a pool and find some relief from the heat. It had also rained the previous evening, so with the pool unavailable, there was little reason for us to remain at the property.

The breakfast was mediocre and appeared to cater mainly for Italian tastes. Most of the selection consisted of sweet items, with very few savoury or alternative options available.

We found the staff unhelpful when we explained that the continued closure of the pool meant we could not complete our stay. We therefore left after one night and had to find alternative accommodation with a clean, usable pool.

We did not expect a full refund because we had stayed for one night. However, neither the property nor Booking.com offered a refund for the unused portion of our booking or any alternative solution. As a result, we lost half of the accommodation cost. To add to the disappointment, the hotel still charged us the €12 daily fee for our small dog on the day we left.

The attached photographs show both the closure notice and the condition of the pool. Guests should be informed well in advance when a major advertised facility is unavailable, not merely an hour before check-in after the full cost of the stay has already been paid.

Per essere un hotel 4 stelle Plus, a mio parere non ne vale assolutamente la pena. La colazione è stata molto deludente, con torte confezionate che non mi aspetterei da una struttura di questa categoria. In camera, inoltre, lo sciacquone del bagno non funzionava.
La cosa più grave, però, è stata la piscina, completamente inutilizzabile: l’acqua era verde e piena di melma, in condizioni tali da non invogliare minimamente a entrarci per paura delle possibili conseguenze igieniche. Durante il soggiorno, inoltre, non si è mai presentato nessuno a controllare o a verificare quale fosse il problema.
Da un hotel che si presenta come 4 stelle Plus mi aspettavo decisamente un altro livello di servizio, pulizia e attenzione. Esperienza molto deludente e, per quanto mi riguarda, struttura che non vale la categoria dichiarata.
