Good and clean, just had to provide 10€, that were given back on the check out, to have access to the remote control of the TV and TV was extra small

notre séjour a été plutôt positif ,l'appartement de grand espace, fonctionnel, ayant un balcon coté route et bruyant... les chambres assez propres, le service nettoyage 1 jour / 2..., le parking gratuit et proche de l'établissement.

Decent hotel with basic rooms but big pool.

There wasn't air-conditioning. The food was poor. Staff weren't polite. Swimming pool wasn't cleaned regularly. Not enough fresh towels provided. Wouldn't recommend.

La ducha de agua caliente insuficiente. 10min en total para 4 personas. Fianza de 10€ para poder usar mini TV. No secador. No cafetera. Todo muy básico.

Appartement grand : environ 50m² pour 2. Coin cuisine équipé, balcon bien orienté (soleil et vue sur la mer), la charmante ville d'Albufeira à 5 min en service de minibus gratuit de l'hôtel, la propreté des chambres et les lits faits, l'accueil toujours chaleureux à la réception ouverte en permanence, etc...

We stayed here with our 4 kids. The rooms were basic but had all you needed!! The kids swimming area was clean. It is about a 15 minute walk to strip. Plenty of restaurants and family bars nearby.

Nice and friendly staff. Extra plus for the free transfer(3 times every day) to the Old town. Good pool area.
The location is maybe not the greatest, it's about 25-30 min walk down to the beach. But still a good place to stay.

The staff were very helpful. The choice of room especially for a family with two young boys was excellent. They were also helpful on recommending places to visit.

We have just returned from a fortnights holiday at the Silchoro apartments and whilst I had no complaints with the room, facilities or staff as many other guests have had, which were all fine, a bit dated, yes but typical self catering apartment, very spacious and maids in every day except Sundays and Tuesdays.

Plenty bars, restaurants and beach all within walking distance, would recommend Mays Bistro, The cottage, The Cockeral and Enzo's Italian all serving fab food and service at reasonable prices.

My complaints were with the other guests which were mainly large groups of males and females making endless noise from early evening with pre night out parties in their rooms through to 6.30am with them returning at all different hours throughout the night screaming, shouting, banging on doors, running up and down the corridors and stairs, moving furniture, being sick over the balconies etc the list goes on! Complaining didn't seem to make a difference. We had a 2 bedroom apartment but could only use one room due to the noise and hardly slept for the 2weeks!

This is def not a family resort as had thought more 18-30's, stag or hen weekend which is fine if that's what your looking for.
