Un luogo pieno di fascino

Lovely hotel building but staff don't seem to be there for the benefit of their guests.

The hotel building is beautiful, our room was good but a little small.

While the hotel is lovely I'm not sure the staff are there for their guests'enjoyment? Reception closes at 6.30pm with no information on the desk about maps, restaurants etc. There are security tags on the ensuite bathroom soap dispenser! The room for breakfast is locked and you must ask at the reception first. Our breakfast was provided, one cup of coffee and the staff member leaves and doesn't come back. A staff member opens a coke and drinks it during the breakfast service. A staff member sits on the hotel stairs using their mobile.
