Great job Westcord
Pros:

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The hotel staff was very courteous. We had our breakfasts and a dinner there and they were very good. Insider tips include getting a nice refreshing glass of mint favored cool water at the reception desk and having the desk call a shuttle to get you to major locations in town and bring you back to the hotel for 5 euro per person for the day. We also used it to take us to the train station when we left.

Voor ons een goede locatie, eten was prima. Inrichting en comfort achterhaald.
Pros:

Personeel was redelijk flexibel. Inrichting wel out-date: een moderne comfortabele inrichting ontbreekt.

Cons:

Verlichting is een crime: je kunt daar nauwelijks de lampen verstellen: het is of tv-kijken of iets lezen aan het bureau. Beide gaat niet lukken (wel twee personen). Geen echte comfortabele stoelen. Wij hebben bij de boeking expliciet gevraagd naar beschikbaarheid van elektrische fietsen: bij aankomst bleek dat jullie die niet hebben. Enerzijds achterhaald en anderzijds onjuiste voorlichting. De temperatuur in de kamer is niet te regelen: dat vinden wij in elk geval uiterst storend: zeker gezien de hoge temperaturen. De kamer hoeft niet elke dag schoongemaakt te worden (werd ook niet gedaan) maar het is wel handig als handdoeken en toiletpapier aangevuld worden. Slordig!

Excellent!
Pros:

Dedicated parking lot was a huge plus! Easy walk to the main city/town area. Facilities were very clean and staff was friendly.

Cons:

The beds were a little too firm for our personal preference but that is of course a subjective measurement.

A nice experience, with confort and stability
Pros:

The room was good, the bed excelent and the breakfast very good. The personal is very kind and helpful, and there are a lot of business facilities.

Cons:

I didn't like the permanent air flow in the room. As long as we have a control panel for HVAC in the room, I did not understood why we cannot stop the air flow by switching off the ventilation.
This time we have a room with view to the interior patio, not as well as the last time, when the view it was to IKEA plaza and the city of Delft.

very good hotel, good proximity to both the city and highway
Pros:

Very good hotel, convenient location if you come by car, free parking, which is a rarity, quiet, even if it is close to the highway, comfortable beds and good pillows. The proactive attitude of the staff is to be mentioned, they answered promptly to all of our needs.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room upon arrival could have been better. Some corners were not well vacuumed and there were spiderwebs at the window.
