Second stay at West Cord Delft
Pros:

Second stay here and it hasn't changed a bit. In that it is an excellent hotel to stay in.
Cracking rooms, beds, facilities, staff, food etc. all brilliant.

Mijn verblijf was perfect, alles was naar wens.
Pros:

* Alles was prima, bedankt voor het fijne verblijf!
* De kamer was netjes en schoon, en het personeel was vriendelijk.
* De locatie was top en we hebben een prettig verblijf gehad.

Hatten für 3 Personen gebucht, das Schlafsofa war nicht bezogen. Haben dann ein klappriges Bettgestell ins Zimmer geschoben bekommen, auf dem
Niemand schlafen konnte. Für
350€ die Nacht eine Frechheit.

Great Room :-)
Pros:

I had room 528 which had plenty of space and a very comfortable bed, which was very enjoyable for me.

Check in and check out was really easy as I had entered all my information online.

The staff were also really friendly and pleasant.

Great stay in a lovely hotel
Pros:

Check in was extremely easy. The rooms were very clean and the toiletries provided were very good quality. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room temperature was perfect and simple to adjust.

Cons:

We asked for fresh towels as our room was not cleaned one day but they didn’t bring them. The next day the apologised profusely but we had already checked out.
