Stylish, comfortable, and well positioned
Pros:

A Cozy and stylish place with all I was not exactly expecting, but clearly found, from a rather rushed business trip.
Staff was very courteous. There is a park very close by, for a beautiful walk.

De ligging was ideaal. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De schoonmaak van de kamer. Bij aankomst leek het of er alleen de handdoeken en beddengoed was verschoond.

Room for improvement
Pros:

The entrance is lovely, the stuff is friendly though I am sorry to say that my room wasn't properly cleaned and wear and tear was clearly visible on the second floor in the hallway and my room.
Three mornings I shared the lack of cleaning e.g. of the bottles or glass marks, stains on the floor, hair on shelfs etc. but unfortunately the hotel did not manage to take care of it during my stay.

Fijn hotel met heerlijke bedden en lekkere garnalenkroketjes in de lobby.
Cons:

Ontzettend stom: Inchecken met je telefoon. Je krijgt kort voor je verblijf een "digitale sleutel". Daarmee kan je je kamer in. Maar om de lichten aan te doen moet je toch zo'n "ouderwets" kaartje in zo'n ding in de wand steken. Dus je kan weer terug naar beneden, naar de receptie om alsnog zo'n kaartje op te halen. Je kan ook niet s'avonds laat met je telefoon het hotel in. En je partner heeft geen digitale sleutel op zijn/haar telefoon.... Dus het heeft geen enkel nut. Kappen met die onzin.

Prima hotel met fijne kamers, goed ontbijt en vriendelijke medewerkers.
Pros:

Netjes en schoon en ideale locatie.

Cons:

Het is al meerdere keren gebeurd, dat mijn betaling via Booking bij de receptie niet zichtbaar is en ik ter plekke weer moet betalen. Later wordt het bedrag wel terug gestort.

Great new hotel in Delft
Pros:

Great new hotel within walking distance to Delft city center. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice gym/sauna, good menu. Reception and restaurant staff are the best.
