El ruido de la calle. La ventana no cerraba bien La mampara del baño pide un cambio y el armario( empotrado) tenía la puerta corredera mal; no se podía abrir ni cerrar.

The hotel is not bad, nor its location, but had an unfortunate experience with the staff. I left for dinner later in the evening, and decided to go to a bar. Hence I arrived at the hotel late, but was not worried since it was advertised that access to the hotel would be available 24 hrs a day. That's not what happened, as I arrived the hotel, I noticed that the main door was locked. I knocked on the door for an hour, and dialed the phone on the buzzer. Nobody ever answered. I had no option but to sleep on the floor on the street side. That can be a funny anecdote, but the bad part came in the early hours of the morning when the staff arrived for their morning shift. A guy yelled at me to get up and go away!!!! As if I was a homeless person. I tried to explain that I was a guest locked out, to which he replied.."Yeah right!" then I showed my key and a woman who was with him told me his name was Carlos. I will never come back to this hotel.
