Ligging en luxe

Locatie is perfect
Prijzen van consumpties op het terras zijn erg hoog ook voor de meest simpele producten als koffie, thee en plat water.

Keurige kamers, zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Bedden en douche zijn prima. Personeel vriendelijk, Parkeren vlakbij het hotel.
In de kamer was de verlichting niet up to date. Ontbijt met lauwe koffie en de croissant viel letterlijk uit elkaar. Eerste dag duurde het ook vrij lang voordat het ontbijt werd geserveerd en druk was het zeker niet. Zijn nu een paar keer bij Pillows geweest maar deze keer was het toch minder dan andere keren. Is ook veel duurder gworden.
De rust, het prima bed (+dekbed+kussens), het geduld vh personeel, de stemming ondanks de grote hitte, de behulpzaamheid en begrip.
Heel klein beetje lastig was bij de entree: weinig ruimte om de auto even stil te zetten (1 van ons is nu wat invalide). Dat vraagt even geduld van passanten.

Nachmittags um 15 Uhr durften wir auf der Terrasse keine Getränke bestellen, da an diesem Tag eine kleine Hochzeit im Hotel war. Außerdem verstehen wir nicht, dass im Garten nicht geraucht werden durfte.
De locatie is fantastisch aan de IJssel met uitzicht op Deventer, het terras waar je in het voorjaar / zomeravonden heerlijk kunt buiten zitten. De bediening was klantgericht, vriendelijk. De kamer (met uitzicht op Deventer) was schoon zoals je mag verwachten.
De kamer was voor de prijs (343 euro voor 1 nacht voor 1 persoon) niet bijzonder. Ik had meer verwacht.
De badkamer/douche ruimte is gevaarlijk voor mensen met mobiliteitsproblemen. Er zijn geen grepen of houvast punten. Uitglijden is een groot risico.
Perfecte klantbediening die je tegenwoordig nog maar zelden ziet!
