The location is pretty good, for walking to town and accessing trains. The beds were very comfortable with decent pillows. The room was clean enough, the lift needed a clean though. It had a kettle and a fridge, much appreciated. Breakfast was good too.
Facing a main road and the station made it noisy. Closing the window shut out most of the noise but the trains and louder traffic were still quite audible. The lavatory flush mechanism cover fell off, but the loo kept on running water down the pan until you press the mechanism back. I reported as we left, so maybe they’ll fix it. The parking is bad though, they list parking as a service but they do not have parking. The spaces outside, if you can get one, are only 15-minutes. They have an arrangement with a subterranean car park down the road and you get a discount as long as you get your ticket stamped. When we arrived - before we parked - I asked the guy at reception to explain the car park and how much it would cost, I’m sure he said it was €3 a day with the discount. We were there for 3 nights, and the parking charge, with discount, was €78. Without, it would have been double that. A bit of a shock when I expected to pay €9. There were other places I could have parked for nothing, further away for sure, but possible. So be warned.
De locatie is perfect, vlakbij het metrostation. Voor 1 nacht in Porto is het wel een aanrader.
Het is een stadshotel aan een drukke weg, dus geluid. Het was ‘s nachts erg warm in de kamer, airco werkte niet naar behoren.

The staff was excellent! It was clean, comfortable hotel! The check-in was very straight forward and they provided me with my room rightaway!
Well for 4 star, there was no chance to borrow a clothing iron. Which I thought it to be strange. The train station is close by sp you do hear the train on and off. Not a total write off for me but could be for some.

Geen nachtkastjes waar je iets kon indoen. Kast zonder planken, dus kleding op grond. Geen buro of iets dergelijks
Good location, not hard to find. Parking garage nearby with a discount included with our stay. Great breakfast choices.
A localização é muito boa enfrente ao metrô Trindade.Os Apartamentos são amplo e muito confortável .O café da manhã é completo e variado.
Eu não gostei do valor alto da estadia e da limpeza do banheiro.
Gute Lage in der Nähe der Metrostation Trindade. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Relativ großes Zimmer mit entsprechend großem Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück inklusive.
Emplacement idéal, métro au pied de l'hôtel et petits restaurants à proximité . Le buffet pdj est top!
Le petit verre de Porto à l'arrivée est un belle attention.
