Pros:

Bellissimo hotel con ristornate e bar intorno, oltre a piscina, palestra e stanze con giochi e passatempi.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia e ci hanno dato una stanza con divano letto, parecchio scomodo.
Per metà giornata è mancata l’acqua calda e riscaldamenti e non siamo stati né avvisati né risarciti.

Ristorante a parte, esperienza ottima
Pros:

Appartamento spazioso e fornito di tutto l’occorrente (esempio: microonde/ lavastoviglie ecc). Apprezzata sia l’area giochi grande e piena di giochi di tutti i tipi e per tutte le età, che la piscina con vista sulle montagne. Staff disponibile per check in e out!

Cons:

Gestione e cibo del ristorante! Qualità molto bassa e servizio scadente (personale gentile ma poco formato).

Una disavventura
Pros:

La struttura è ben posizionata nel contesto di Gressoney e permette di raggiungere sia le piste che il centro del paese a piedi. Sono presenti sala giochi e piscina interna riscaldata e sala lettura che permettono uno svago adeguato. Lo staff della sala colazione è disponibile e cortese.
Ottima pulizia dell'appartamento.

Cons:

Il punteggio passabile è dovuto ad un disservizio iniziale che ha inficiato il benessere emotivo del nostro breve soggiorno. Al nostro arrivo il parcheggio antistante la struttura era inagibile per una abbondante nevicata e siamo rimasti bloccati con l'auto. Circa 30 min prima mi avevano contattata al telefono per sapere l'orario d'arrivo e non mi avevano avvisata dell'inagibilità del parcheggio. Abbiamo chiesto un supporto per liberare l'auto e ci hanno dato una pala per arrangiarci. Sebbene il problema si sia risolto, grazie a un altro ospite della struttura e non grazie allo staff, questo grave disservizio iniziale ha causato stress e ansia che ci hanno parzialmente rovinato il soggiorno.

Skuffende. God pool, men hotellet lukkede for varmen, og sengene var alt for små

poolen var ok, god parkering, beliggenheden var ok, prisen var rimelig

Cons:

"dobbeltsengen" var kun 130 cm bred og kun 190 cm lang , så reelt umulig at sove 2 personer i, hotellet slukkede for varmen hele tiden, så værelset var koldt, og intet varmt vand om aften/morgenen. Vi bad hotellet om at tænde varmen, men de slukkede igen allerede 1 time efter igen. På trods af det var et familie hotel, skete der sjove ting i saunaen som var fælles. alt i alt billigt ophold som dog ikke levede op til forventningerne. Vi kommer ikke igen.

Stanza ampia e accogliente, deposito sci non comodissimo da raggiungere ma comunque funzionale. Sauna e piscina top! Struttura in generale veramente ottima.

Cons:

La pecca più grande è il ristorante. Appena Appena sufficiente sia come colazione (costo eccessivo) che come cena (qualità del menù e del servizio).
