The staff were really friendly, the hotel was clean and stylish, my room was great with a very comfy bed and there’s a lovely garden outside for sunny days.

The garden outside was beautifully done and if the weather was nice would be a perfect place to sit out and enjoy. The features of the hotel is what was the most enjoyable, each room had detail and was decorated to a high standard.
The only thing was the shower in my room wasn't very strong but think it was the shower head but it wasn't a massive problem and not a big deal as was still usable.

Spacious free car parking. Lovely welcome. Shown to room and help given with luggage for our two night stay.
Spacious very clean room. Fresh bed linen / towels. Everywhere freshly decorated including front living room.
Breakfast, for the six of us, was at a table overlooking a spectacular garden adorned with statues and flowers. All of us had fruit juice, cereal and a full English breakfast. A request for one of the latter be gluten free was no trouble.
The cooked breakfasts, each bespoke to our different requests, were all served together and freshly cooked. The sausages and bacon were locally sourced and this was reflected in their quality. All members of staff, without exception, were at all times very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
German draught beer on tap in the bar: Dortmunder Union Vier, Well kept at perfect temperature. Really appreciated and enjoyed on the terrace in their garden.
Objective criticism is always of value but I am unable to provide any for the reasons detailed above.
