Spotless clean, stunning building, great friendly staff, forgot to ask the man Working on the front desk name but very helpful.

Very good value for money. congleton has one other hotel which is considerably more expensive and much more central but has a very loud bar. This hotel is genuinely quiet and still well located.
Breakfast is a bit basic.

Bit of a walk into town, but only a £5 in a taxi so good location really!

I liked my whole stay.
I arrived rather late at 10pm, the receptionist took great time to get me signed in, showed me the facilities to my room and made sure to answer any questions I had. In the morning they made sure to ask how much stay was. The staff are extremely friendly!
During the night the heating turned off for a few hours, I'm sure this is to conserve electricity but it meant I did have to wrap myself up more warm then I'd like to have, this is the only reason I didn't rate it a 10.

Staff make you feel extremely comfortable and are very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the duvets are amazing! The breakfast is lovely with a good range on offer.

Very convenient for seeing relatives and airport
We recently stayed at The Alexandra Court Hotel and have to say what a pleasure it was. It was our first stay here but certainly won't be our last. From our arrival we were treated so very special , The Staff are a joy , nothing is too much to ask and they go above and beyond in every way. The hotel is beautiful, a well kept Victorian building , still within character and immaculate mmac, The decor is beautiful , our room was spotless, comfortable and warm , which considering it was so cold outside , you wouldn't have known. So we move onto Breakfast ,which was the true highlight of our Stay . Plenty of healthy options and a Full English that was simply perfect , My recommendations are Andy's Scrambled eggs all his fresh items are locally sourced and his Sausage is magnificent. Thank you for a wonderful time.

It's on a busy road which is quite noisy through the night and no option for a late check out.
