The hotel is calm paradise in the middle of the chaos of south Italy during summer.

The pool and common facilities were absolutely beautiful.

The room we got was dated. The kitchen would appreciate an upgrade. But everything worked.

Site très calme au milieu des oliviers.
Site bien situé en terme d'accès routier vers des destinations vers le Nord, le Sud et l'ouest des pouilles.
Service hôtelier irréprochable.
Point à améliorer: équipements sanitaires ( douche) en particulier pression d'eau.

Die Gatronomie war geschlossen und es gab außerdem Frühstück nichts - weder zu trinken noch zu essen. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht der angebotenen Qualität.
Die Angestellten ware sehr freundlich und gaben sich große Mühe einen guten Service zu bieten.
Die angebotenen Standard-Zimmer sind für 4 Sterne-Haus zu klein. Wir sind auf Verlangen dann
umgezogen in eine bessere Kategorie, welche dann besser und zufriedenstellend war.
Am ungemütlichsten war der Frühstücksraum (eine Küche mit 2 Tischen). Das Frühstück selbst entsprach keineswegs int. Niweau. Es gab jeden Tag die selben aufgebackenen Brötchen.

Your advert was misleading. It showed rooms with a view through windows. Based on this and with previous experience of hotels whatever grade hotel room choosen it had a door and a window you could look through. Unfortunately the standard room we had booked was a box about 8 foot wide and about 12 foot long which contained a double bed a wardrobe and a toilet and shower cubicle smaller than a telephone box. There was a glass framed door which was the only source of day light so I assume would be classed as a window/door. Certainly ok for a one night stay but certainly not suitable for a 10 day stay which we had booked. Because of this misrepresentation by your advert we had to negotiate an upgrade to a small suite at an extra cost of 20 euros per night. This was a discounted rate of 50% of 40 euro per day extra. This experience certainly put a dampener on our hotel experience.
It also was advertised with having a resturant this was closed. We were told was it was out of season. Again a disappointment. This entailed us travelling to 6 km every night to have meal. Again a disappiontment when one felt tired.

This hotel was as beautiful as the pictures suggest; a really calm and tranquil place to stay. The pool is well provisioned with sun loungers and had a lifeguard on the weekend. The room had a fridge and some basic cooking implements, so we were able to make our own lunches after visiting a nearby supermarket. A car really is necessary here, as you are at least 10 minutes from Ostuni, but there are so many gorgeous towns to visit- we tried a new place every day.
The room is spacious and the bathroom is lovely- the AC was strong and much appreciated in July/ August. The Wifi didn't work for us, but we were the furthest room from the reception which might be the cause. We also found the bed very firm, which wasn't a huge problem for us but towards the end of our stay it was getting a little uncomfortable. Plenty of pillows and cushions though! Altogether, a really gorgeous hotel, very romantic, very peaceful, but with plenty to do in the surrounding area.

La masseria (ancienne ferme fortifiée) est magnifique et très bien entretenue. Le cadre (les oliviers à perte de vue...) est splendide. Le personnel est charmant. La piscine est belle et l'appartement pour 4/5 personnes spacieux et confortable. Nous y avons passé à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) une semaine de vacances excellente.

Swimmingpool war noch nicht instand gestellt worden und konnte nicht benutzt werden (Aufenthalt mitte Mai!), keine Sonnenliegen etc. im Garten vorhanden. Einzig einige Liegestuehle vor dem Zimmer standen zur Verfuegung. Internet funktionierte mit den Iphones icht, und das sei ein bekanntes Problem im Hotel. Warum wird das Problem dann nicht angegangen? Da ich unser Missfallen kundtat musste ich am Schluss sogar im Voraus ! bezahlen - am Tag vor der Abreise. Auch wurde nach einem Problem mit dem Safe unser Zimmer betreten, ohne uns vorher zu informieren, geschweige denn in unserer Anwesenheit. Von 4*-Hotels bin ich eindeutig anderes gewoehnt!
Das Fruehstuck musste entweder draussen eingenommen werden (war aber sehr windig), ansonsten in einer Art Besenkammer ohne Fenster und natuerlichem Licht. Einziger positiver Punkt war das Fruehstueck, zwar sehr Klein aber fein mit Hausgemachten Produkten. Die Bedienung beim Fruehstuck war 1A.
Aber alles in Allem, Nein, von einer 4-Sterne-Masseria erwarte ich ganz eindeutig etwas anderes. Wuerde ganz sicher nicht mehr dort uebernachten.

The masseria is stunning with a beautiful courtyard, pool and gardens. Would be great for a family! Bikes Availiable for hire too.

I would have to say however our room was rather dated, and small but I'm not sure whether there was a choice to upgrade, of which I would have if given the choice

Only breakfast was offered, and the lady was very hospitable and accommodating

A car is a must

Zwischen der hübschen Stadt Ostuni und dem Meer der perfekte Ort zu Entspannen. Schöne Anlage, sehr freundliches Personal, wunderbare Stimmung, vorzügliches Frühstück. Ein Genuss!

Abbiamo avuto una camera molto bella ( n 9): grandissima e funzionale.

Dialogo anche con la proprietaria: molto gentile. Colazione abbondante e completa

La struttura è molto bella, il parco e la piscina altrettanto. La colazione è servita in una piazzetta veramente suggestiva. La stanza era confortevole e pulita ma un poco piccola. IL giudizio nel complesso è più che buono.

This is a fantastic place to stay. I totally recommend it having spent four wonderful nights there. I recommend to see if you can get a poolside view room as the grounds are lovely.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit ebenfalls sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereite Personal. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr ordentlich. Ist zu empfehlen.

Very friendly staff. Lovely setting amid ancient olive trees. The swimming pool was very clean, in a lovely garden area with grass and olive trees. The hotel was a bit isolated, reached by a long driveway, but this meant it was secluded and peaceful. Unfortunately the hotel did not offer meals other than breakfast, so a car was essential for getting to a restaurant for an evening meal. Also, it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Nice hotell. Friendly staff. However beware of costs for additional services. Breakfast and cleaning of the room is not included in the price. Cleaning and changing if towels and sheets costs 15 €, breakfast 8 € per person. Public beaches are nearby and also a beach club (expensive). Ostuni is the closest town. Very nice. A lot of restaurants. The traffic in Italy is as usual. There are no rules just recommendations ;), but it works.

After Spending several days at Tutosa, we've continued exploring the region and spent another ten days in two masseria's. Also about 200 euro per night, but a way less quiet, friendly and none of them don't have such a gorgeous garden. Tutosa is recommended, but wifi works is only on reception.)
