Funcionários. Meu filho pequeno ficou no quarto e só queria levar um copo de suco do café da manhã porque ele é uma criança estava dormindo e não deixam também meu marido que já tinha tomado café da manhã sentou pra me acompanhar quando eu desci e foi barrado na porta dizendo que não podia tomar café da manhã novamente e ele só iria me acompanhar achei ruim desnecessário pois se já é pago um valor para a hospedagem não teria necessidade. Outra coisa foi a falta de cortinas do quarto , sem blackout então passava a luz e o quarto era barulhento

No geral gostei da localização e do atendimento mas não gostei do cafe da manhã.
Pros:

Gostei do atendimento e presteza dos funcionarios. A cama era muito boa e os travesseiros.

Cons:

Não gostei do cafe da manhã, achei o cafe frio, o ovo tb estava frio e não tinha bacon, achei que faltou opção de pães integrais e tapioca ou cuscuz. senti falta de leite vegetal.

Segunda visita e continuo recomendandk
Pros:

Foi minha segunda estadia no hotel e não tenho nada reclamar. As instalações são reformadas, limpas e confortáveis, a única ressalva é a cama de casal, que na verdade são duas camas de solteiro juntas e você consegue sentir a " emenda" entre elas. O quarto poderia ser um pouco mais iluminado na parte da mesa.

O café da manhã é variado e com horário grande e confortável para atender quem precisa acordar cedo ou quem deseja dormir um pouco mais.
A equipe é muito educada e solícita!
Recomendo a acomodação!

O hotel super atendeu minha expectativa. É um hotel simples mas com um atendimento ótimo. Um quarto amplo e limpo. Bem no centro de Floripa (onde eu queria me hospedar). É um bom custo/benefício.

Não tem nada que não atenda. É um hotel simples com café simples, mas tudo bem feito e limpinho.
