Increíble experiencia
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado en el centro de Florianópolis. Nos gustó mucho la estancia, muy limpio y ordenado.

Tiranso o pessoal que fez o check-in que não estava com uma cara muito boa, os outros funcionários da recepção foram muito cordiais, quero agradecer em específico o recepcionista Tiago que me ajudou muito, pois fiquei empenhado com meu carro, ele prontamente e arrumou mecânico. Fiquei muito grato.

Cons:

No primeiro dia de estadia o café está muito bom, porém no último dia estava faltando quase tudo, não tinha bolo não tinha colher e nem o recipiente pra comer salada de fruta. Fiquei bem decepcionado.

Ótimo para quem quer localização e café da manhã.
Pros:

O café da manhã é excelente, com variedade e sabor. A acomodação é boa, cama confortável, banho gostoso.

Cons:

Apenas 1 elevador para todo o hotel, inclusive para coleta de lixo e limpeza. Ficamos no 8o andar e subimos muitas escadas. Não havia transformador de voltagem como dizia no anuncio. O piano da sala sendo usado por crianças, estava desafinado e com teclas inativas, fazendo barulho que incomoda (poderia ter regras para uso). Os atendentes prometem que mandarão mensagens e algumas ajudas que não fazem e ficamos esperando pelo serviço.

Pros:

The hotel seems to be new or recently renovated. Our room was very spacious, there was a big table for work and a table for unpacking the luggage, that made it very convenient. The mattress and pillows were very comfy, had a good sleep

Would be good to have a couple of bottled water in the room
