Café da manhã excelente, funcionários muito atentos!

Quarto amplo.

Cons:

Estacionamento com pagamento extra, a diária não concede!
Travesseiros péssimos sugiro melhorar a qualidade.
Quarto com janelas normais fato que prejudica pelo barulho da rua, cortinas passam luz.
Nosso quarto proximo do elevador tbem mais barulho.

Cordialidade dos funcionários da recepção, limpeza e restaurante

Cons:

Falta manutenção nos quartos. Paredes estufadas por umidade, tive que trocar de quarto pois a janela era no primeiro piso acima da marquise do prédio e as trancas estav quebradas. Gerando uma sensação de insegurança. Mas a troca de quarto foi feita rapidamente.

Quarto amplo e limpo, amei!

Cons:

Café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. A placa dizia “manteiga” e era “margarina”, nesse nível, os 2 dias, então não foi apenas um erro. No terceiro dia acabei nem descendo para o café da manhã!

O quarto era excelente, espaçoso e confortável. Quanto ao café da manhã, houve pontualidade no serviço e muita variedade. O hotel fica no coração de florianópolis, ótima localização.
