Voor een kort verblijf een goede voorziening

De locatie hadden wij uitgekozen zodat we dicht bij de Duitse grens waren.

Cons:

Dat we een dag na de boeking een mail kregen vh hotel dat je er niet voor avondeten terecht kon. Netjes als dat al vantevoren gemeld word ipv erna. Miste wel een dolce gusto of iets op de kamer.

Cons:

Kamer is niet schoongemaakt terwijl daar wel om was verzocht middels deurlabel. Hierdoor geen schone handdoeken.
Dag voor aanvang kreeg ik email van Fletcher dat restaurant gedurende verblijf NIET beschikbaar was.
Geen reactie van Fletcher ontvangen op eerder door mij verzonden email als reactie op bericht van Fletcher

Pros:

Ontbijt was super, wij waren 1 van de laatste maar er was van alles nog genoeg keus.

Cons:

Wij waren laat met inchecken, 20.45. Toen we uiteindelijk de koffers in de kamer hadden gebracht wilden we nog even een bakkie doen in het restaurant. Maar alles was al uit en en werd ons meedegedeeld dat 21.00 uur het restaurant dicht ging. Erg vroeg naar mijn idee. (ik wist wel dat er geen eten was ivm personeelsterkort)

Undvik detta hotell!
Pros:

Recensionen gäller Fletcher Hotel Erica Berg en Dal, dit vi ombokades. De Geldersr Poort tog emot beställningen på övernattning utan att berätta att restaurangen var stängd. Detta fick vi meddelande om men för sent för att få avboka.

Cons:

Se fråga ovan. Dåligt att inte informera om något så viktigt som att restaurangen är stängd.

På Erica Berg en Dal höll restaurangen mycket låg klass, en verkligt usel wienerschnitzel serverades, en degig panering, smaklös och med tveksamma tillbehör. Endast en ursäkt kan rädda Fletchers anseende!

I wasn’t expecting much but the experience was worse than I thought
Pros:

We only saw 2 people from the hotel, they were friendly. Before my arrival there was a problem with my booking and they were apologetic and solved it easily.

Cons:

There’s a lack of personnel. The website said dinner was until 8 but from 8 to 10pm you could sit in the bar and order snacks. We arrived at 7:50, there was nobody in the front desk, went to the restaurant to check in and told us the kitchen was closed and they didn’t have enough people to run the next shift, so no food available anymore. Also while at checkout at 9am there was nobody in the front desk (the person hadn’t arrived), so again someone from the restaurant helped us. The room was ok in size, but it smelled really bad, like a wet dog, which I can only imagine comes from using an old mop. The bathroom had hairs and spots around the sink, the shower looked dirty between the tiles. The beds are way too soft and very uncomfortable, and every time you move it makes a lot of creaking noises. Every time you open the door it has an alarm sound that goes off, it’s very annoying, and you can hear it from every single room around you. Our room was on the first floor and after we went to sleep we could hear the room upstairs arrived, the door alarm, the steps, mumbling of their conversation, the shoes and everything they put on the ground, it was very loud, I’m happy they just arrived to sleep because we could hear everything and the noises they made weren’t out of the ordinary. It was a very unpleasant experience, it just seems like the hotel is worn off and there’s not enough people to keep it going and the owners don’t really care.

Cons:

Zat naast de lifts ma dat kan nu eenmaal gebeuren ma het probleem was dat de kachel het nauwelijks deed dus ik echt 2 dekens nodig had om warm te blijven en personeel gaf niet thuis op dat moment
