De prijs kwaliteit , vriendelijk personeel, de bedden en mooie douche

Cons:

Beetje ongezellig bij binnenkomst , wordt niks gezegd over waar je koffie kan drinken aangezien er niks op de kamer is, en 20 euro betalen voor je hond , evt stoeltje op balkon

A hotel személyzete rendkívül segítőkész és professzionális volt, különösen Justin.
Pros:

A tartózkodásom után sajnos a szobában felejtettem néhány személyes tárgyamat. A hotel személyzete rendkívül segítőkész és professzionális volt az ügy intézésében.

Külön szeretném kiemelni Justint, aki végig nagyon kedves, türelmes és együttműködő volt. Azonnal utánanézett az elveszett tárgyaknak, félretette a párnámat, majd amikor jeleztem, hogy még aznap érkeznék érte, előkészítette a recepción. Később egy másik, számomra nagy érzelmi értékkel bíró tárgy ügyében is többször ellenőrizte a lost & found részleget, átnézte a szobát, sőt a housekeeping csapatnak is szólt, hogy alaposabban keressék át.

Ritkán találkozni ennyire figyelmes és elkötelezett hozzáállással. Justin valóban mindent megtett annak érdekében, hogy segítsen, amiért nagyon hálás vagyok.

Köszönöm még egyszer a kedvességet és a professzionális hozzáállást!

Teleurstellend dat we niet eerder wisten dat we geen diner in het restaurant konden eten.
Pros:

De extra kamer voor een kind en de douche was heerlijk.

Cons:

Op de aparte kamer was maar 1 bed voor de kids. Op Booking was niet te zien dat het vierde bed in de ruimte met het tweepersoonsbed was.

Daarnaast hoorden we bij aankomst pas dat het restaurant dit weekend dacht was. De overige faciliteiten in Ooij zijn te beperkt om goede vervanging te regelen. De dagen daarvoor hadden we in andere hotels geslapen en wilden daarom één van de twee avonden in het restaurant kunnen eten. Wij zijn uiteindelijk een nacht eerder vertrokken dan gepland. Sterker nog: een paar dagen had ik een bericht gekregen of we diner wilde reserveren. Aangezien we nog niet wisten welke avond we in het restaurant wilden eten, had ik hier niet op gereageerd.

1 keer naar dit hotel maar niet weer.
Pros:

Personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijtbuffet was goed.

Cons:

Badkamer was niet schoon. Vieze oranje voegen op vloer van de badkamer en ook op de kitranden. Stopcontact in de badkamer vol met stof. Muur naast het bed zaten vieze vlekken op.

In verhouding tot de prijs een aanvaardbare geleverde service en hotel.
Pros:

De kamers zijn gerenoveerd, ruim, fijne, ruime badkamer. De kamer was 's nachts ook goed donker.

Cons:

Bij het renoveren zijn ze vergeten om de matrassen te vernieuwen, deze gaf weinig steun. Iedereen heeft natuurlijk zijn eigen voorkeur. Jammer ook dat de vloerverwarming niet wat lager gezet kon worden. Ik vond het erg warm.
