Nice and Quiet place close to Madinah Road
Friendly staff and very cooperative
GOOD HOTEL APARTMENT FULLY FURNISHED. GOOD NEW LINEN
I will not come back again because many things also I couldn't find the hotel
It's hard to get there
Business trip easy location for air port. Apartment type good for ramadan. To hide away when not working.
Shop close and car hire and garage.
Very Disappointing! Based on reviews and rate charged we were expecting much better. Bathroom was flooded throughout our four day stay. Windows were not soundproofed and it was like sleeping on the side of a very busy road. Furnishings were shabby with knobs missing from all the furniture; bedroom lamps did not work. Kitchen was not well equipped. All in all we would not have minded so much if the stay was more appropriately priced.
We were supposed to have two working restrooms, but one of them was not working. It could not be fixed that day, and they did not move us to another room.
Heavy construction outside our room in the middle of night from 12AM until 4AM.
Staff are friendly, but did nothing to provide what was promised online.
Disappointing experience. .
This was a very roomy accommodation. You get quite a bit of space and value for the money. Nothing was state of the art but then again nothing was all that bad either. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
It was a nice trip to Jeddah last time I had been there before 7 years
We booked this hotel last minute after missing our return flight.
It was the cheapest, closest and most decent hotel apartment to the airport.
Check in was quite straight forward, however I had to carry my luggage and twin buggy up some stairs in order to get into the hotel. The porter just watched me.
Once we checked in, the apartment was very big. We had a large double bedroom, large twin bedroom, decent sized living room and a decent kitchen wit h fridge/freezer, cooker and washing machine.
I nipped out to get some food. I had to walk 15 minutes to find the closest take away.
Check out was decent. Porter helped bring the luggage down and load it into the taxi.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come again if we ever need to stay close to the airport.
ACCEPTABLE
It is a very well-maintained beatifully furnished apartment, NOT just an ordinary hotel room. The only reson I would not recommend this is because it is almost impossible to find the place! Addresses in Jeddah are merely vague anyway. In addition to that, nobody knows this place, the actual name is "Safari Suites" as opposed what's written in Expedia web, and also the building visually looks way different than the picture in Expedia. Phone number is correct though. IF you can locate the place prior to arriving, it is one of the best places I've stayed in.
A good hotel for a long stay with self catering. The location was not easey to find. The price a littel too high.
As always, Ewa safari turned out to be a no brainer for a comfortable stay. Only issue with this hotel is non availability of wide range of cuisines in nearby locations.
Over all good experience. Finding the hotel is difficult by taxi driver. Staff during check-in did excellent job.
Finding a Van type taxi was problem. But hotel staff who helped me to get a taxi didn't bargain about the taxi fair, which caused me a big trouble at airport.
I love staying at Safari suites, they have friendly staff & is in a decent location.
The hotel is actually not on Medina Road as it is advertised. It is on a secondary alley parallel to Medina Road! It is difficult to find even for local taxis... The hotel is also not your typical hotel. It is a rather an apartment building with apartment units with two bedrooms, a kitchen (appliances are not connected to the outlets!), and a living room. The fridge has some drinks and sweets but there are no indication what the cost of each item! There no restaurants in the neighborhood. It is surrounded by rental car agencies...
The hotel room was very clean and comfortable.
However, it was disappointing that even though the hotel advertised wifi I was unable to get this on my Mac laptop.
I also didn't appreciate having to pay extra at the end of my stay for what I thought were complimentary chocolate and water in the fridge when I arrived.
Cash only demanded on arrival, which meant walking the neighbourhood at night seeking an ATM. Reception Staff need training in Customer relations. Not offering what's written on the Tin.
