Pros:

I didn’t get her name, but the lady that checked me in was the friendliest person i have ever met. Spent some time trying to explain everything i need ti know about the hotel, area and London in general. Exceeded my expectations, deserves a raise!

立地、室内ともによかったです。
Pros:

最寄駅には気軽に立ち寄れるスーパーやレストラン、マクドナルドやお土産屋さんが出かける時も帰ってきた時もとても安心だった。ホテルのお部屋はとても狭い部屋をお願いしていたようで10ポンドで少し広い部屋に変えてくれた。
二日に一回は掃除も来てくれた。
綺麗なホテルというわけではないが古いだけで不潔感はなかった。エアコン完備。
お値段の割に最高でした。
デポジットの50ポンドはすぐに返金があった。
スタッフも親切だった。

Cons:

ドライヤーが壁に備え付けのものでホースが壊れていたがまぁ使えた。
ティッシュペーパーはないのが普通なのかな？

Bellissima vacanza sotto ogni punto di vista
Pros:

La colazione non era compresa nel prezzo, ma vicino c'è un bar dove di può anche pranzare e cenare. L'Hotel è molto tranquillo ed è vicinissimo alla metropolitana ed al centro. Hyde Park è dietro l"angolo. Le scale dell'Hotel sono un pochino ripide e strette nel terzo piano però lo consiglio sicuramente.

Posizione ottima vicino alla stazione Paddington gentilezza e cordialità alla reception. Vicinanza ad Hide park e comodità a raggiungere altre attrazioni e negozi nelle vicinanze .

The place was clean; however, I believe there are important details that should be clearly stated before booking.
Cons:

I booked this place with great excitement; however, since it is an old Victorian building, there is no lift. I had to carry my 24-kg suitcase up four floors on my own, which was extremely difficult.

The rooms are very close to each other, and you can clearly hear noise from the neighbouring room, which affected my comfort during the stay.

In addition, upon arrival, I was unexpectedly asked to pay a £50 deposit, which had not been mentioned beforehand. I only learned about this once I arrived at the property. I was told that this amount would be refunded after check-out.

I checked out on 22 January, and today is the 31st, yet I still have not received the refund. When I followed up, they claimed that the responsibility lies with the bank and that the delay may be bank-related. However, under normal circumstances, a refund should have been processed by now.

They stated that they requested the refund from the bank on the 22nd, but no proof was provided. This has raised concerns, as it made me question whether the refund request was actually submitted at that time, or if it was only initiated after I contacted them.

Overall, this situation has caused a sense of distrust.
