Perfect for what we needed and a very good price.
Pros:

Great location. Only needed a room for 1 night,small twin room(just needed somewhere to sleep).Plenty of tea and coffee,we were happy.

Cons:

First impressions, reception area quite untidy and could do with a bit of t.l.c.

Lo rifarei sicuramente
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti con il mio ragazzo durante il nostro viaggio a Londra e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo.
Avevo letto molte recensioni che dicevano che le camere standard sono molto piccole. In effetti la camera non è grande, ma secondo me è perfettamente organizzata: il letto era comodissimo, il bagno piccolo ma con tutti i comfort necessari, c’era la TV e anche una piccola vista sull’esterno. Per un soggiorno in città è stata assolutamente perfetta.
Un altro punto molto positivo è stata la reception: il personale è stato super accogliente e disponibile. Ci hanno spiegato tutto al nostro arrivo e ci hanno anche consigliato dove andare a fare colazione e diversi posti dove mangiare.
La posizione è davvero fantastica: in circa 4–5 minuti a piedi si arriva alla stazione di Paddington Station, mentre la fermata dell’autobus è praticamente a uno o due minuti dall’hotel.

Inoltre la zona è molto viva: a un minuto a piedi ci sono tantissimi pub, ristoranti, pizzerie e anche un McDonald’s. Nonostante questo, è una zona molto tranquilla e sicura: siamo usciti anche la sera tardi e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi.

Nel complesso è stata davvero un’ottima esperienza e ci tornerei sicuramente.

Ótima experiência
Pros:

O senhor que nos recebeu no dia do checkin foi muito educado e atencioso. A localização era perfeita, com restaurantes ao redor, duas estações de metrô sendo uma com trem direto ao Heathrow. O prédio é antigo e histórico e isso dá um charme à nossa típica experiência em Londres, o fato de não ter elevador é comunicado a todo momento na descrição e isso não foi um problema.

Cons:

Assim que chegamos o vaso sanitário apresentava um cheiro um pouco desagradável, mas após a pessoa da limpeza passar o cheiro saiu. Sem outros problemas

The position was in a very nice and central area, very well connected with the most touristic places in London taking subway or a bus at the station only at 5 minutes by walk from the hotel

I think that they should maybe increase the number of times the room is cleaned and tidied during the stay, without needing to be reminded. In any case, when we arrived the room was nice, clean and tidy.
