Een beetje verouderd. De hygiëne liet te wensen over. Onder de wc-bril was duidelijk vuil aanwezig, wat voor mij meteen een afknapper was.

Pros:

Het ontbijt is echt super en ook in een fantastische ruimte, met mogelijkheid om op het terras te zitten buiten.

Cons:

Airco in de kamer deed het niet en is ook niet meteen opgelost na melding bij het personeel.
Vond de communicatie aan de balie bij het in- en uitchecken ok, maar niet meer dan dat. Er mag wat meer enthousiasme in en het gevoel krijgen dat ze het leuk vinden dat je gaat verblijven in het hotel.

Weekend Maastricht met vrienden
Pros:

Leuk hotel met een prima ligging vlakbij het centrum. Ruime kamers met goede bedden. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Cons:

Het hotel mag wel een beetje opgeknapt worden. Veel stof op de kamer, 2e dag de prullenbak in de badkamer niet geleegd. Heel slechte verlichting waarbij je in de avond niet kunt lezen. Het gordijn hangt een stukje los wat een slordig gezicht geeft. Aan 1 kant vh bed kun je niet lopen dus klimmen er uit en er in en waterdruk in de douche is laag. Het hotel is zeker niet slecht maar er zijn echt een aantal punten die voor de prijs beslist beter zouden kunnen

Fantastische locatie met heerlijke bedden in een kamer aan de patio!

Fantastische locatie & de patio kamer was heerlijk! Heerlijke bedden en Marie Stella producten.

Cons:

Alarm van onze deur ging ‘s nachts een keer af, maar gelukkig was dat maar 1 keer en wel goed dat ze zoiets hebben op een kamer in de tuin.

Super für einen Kurztripp
Pros:

Die Lage war super, das Personal freundlich, das Frühstück lecker.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, viel Staub im Zimmer/Badezimmer.

Wichtig!! —> Parking : das Hotel verfügt über einen gesicherten Innenhofparking. Bei unserer Abreise gab es technische Probleme und die Garagentür ging nicht mehr auf. Zuerst wurden wir am Telefon der Rezeption nicht ernst genommen, dann kam ein Hotelmitarbeiter, ohne Schlüssel, ohne Hilfsmittel, wusste nicht was machen. Er telefonierte rum um anschließend einen Besen holen zu gehen um an einen Schalter ranzukommen. Ohne Gelingen. Irgendwann hat der Mann am Telefon (nach 45 Minuten) dem Mitarbeiter gesagt er solle die Tür dann eben manuell öffnen mit der Kette (welche ich ihm schon anfangs vorgeschlagen hatte, er aber meinte das wäre unmöglich).
Es ist sehr gefährlich wenn das Hotelpersonal nicht weiss wie die Garagentür im Notfall geöffnet werden kann, und überhaupt dass die Tür von innen nicht automatisch aufgeht.
