Es gibt ein sehr schönen Frühstücksraum, mit einem sehr netten Personal
Leider war das Zimmer nicht sauber. Es müsste mal gründlich gereinigt werden, damit die nächsten Gäste sich nicht ärgern.
Mooi, schoon, heel vriendelijk, top locatie
locatie, kamer en ontbijt waren in orde
wij verwachten meer engagement van het personeel in een dergelijk hotel. Het gaat steeds wel over één en dezelfde persoon: geen kennis van de bezienswaardigheden van Maastricht (hadden ons huiswerk gemaakt maar hadden nog een praktische vraag): met zijn allen pintjes zitten drinken tijdens de werkuren in de namiddag komt niet echt professioneel over, als je zaterdag nogmaals je reservering van het ontbijt bevestigt bij dezelfde persoon als de check-in en je komt zondagmorgen aan het ontbijt en krijgt de vraag van diezelfde persoon "heeft u gereserveerd" getuigt dat van weinig interesse in je klanten.
