a short romantic weekend in Maastricht.
Pros:

Location was great as we have stayed there before. Last time we also had a junior suite which was on the top floor I believe. The breakfast was great and the staff were attentative. We will glady come back just a different room.

Cons:

The room 011 smelled a bit "musty" I believe the smell came from the drain and the room was not aired out. We left the windows open for a bit but we were on the ground floor with direct access to the street. The smell was constant throughout our stay. It would be great if you could serve breakfast until 11:30. We noticed many people showing up at 11 and then being turned away. It is unfortunate because the restaurant has a great atmosphere. Also we were disappointed that the restaurant was not open for dinner any more. We really enjoyed our experience there last time.

Een heerlijk comfortabel en sfeervol verblijf
Pros:

De ambiance van het pand, beneden en de oude ornamenten. Ook de service van het personeel

Cons:

Felle kamerlamp en het kleine lampje van de wifi op het plafond die ook ‘s nachts blijft branden. Ik zou dit even afplakken

Heerlijk hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel, prachtig restaurant, sfeervol hotel en goeie lokatie !
Pros:

Hotel zag er mooi uit, vriendelijk personeel, uitstkenede lokatie tov wandelafstand van het centrum en parkeergarage.
Heerlijk ontbijt. Mooie bar. Heerlijke douche.

Cons:

Verlichting in de kamer, donker, er was geen bureau om nog wat aan te werken met een laptop. Er was geen stopcontact voor de waterkoker (in de badkamer uiteindelijk) , er was naast het bed weinig ruimte om te lopen waardoor je je tegen de verwarming stootte. En vuile kopjes waren niet meegenomen door het kamermeisje. Kleine details maar dat zouden verbeter punten kunnen zijn.

Een sfeervol, gastvrij en comfortabel hotel.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk. Ruime keus.
Zowel receptie als de bediening scoren hoog bij ons. Vriendelijk en zeer gastvrij. Pluspunt was ook het parkeren dichtbij met laadpalen. Ideaal.
