Wielkość pokoju, czystość.

Cons:

Stosunek jakości do ceny. W tej cenie naprawdę można oczekiwać wiecej. Po pierwsze przy wjeździe biznesowym a co za tym idzie brakiem czasu, irytujące jest odpisywanie na maile np sprawie faktury, jakby nie mozna bylo tego załatwić na miejscu...otoz w tym przypadku właśnie nie mozna bo recepcja jest czynna tylko w określonych godzinach i nie sa to godziny "standardowe godziny urzędowania " np 8 - 16... I to jest kolejny mankament. Ostatnim jest ubogi wybór opcji śniadaniowych (i tu jest największy rozjazd pomiędzy jakością a ceną...).

Pobyt związany z Festiwalem Zdrowie bez leków .
Pros:

Śniadanie smaczne ,każdy znajdzie odpowiednie danie dla siebie. Bardzo miła obsługa w hotelu , w recepcji , na śniadaniu .Hotel w bardzo przystępnej cenie, blisko dworca PKP oraz Centrum Kongresowego . Nie potrzeba transportu , wystarczą nogi i miły spacer , nawet z walizkami .

Cons:

Jezdím do hotelu poměrně pravidelně a při posledním pobytu to byl velký sešup v kvalitě snídaně. Okoralé pečivo, šunka byla trochu cítit a nová obsluha byla docela mimo.

Pros:

Ich habe eine wundervolle Woche im Horigold Hotel verbracht. Die Zimmer waren groß, sauber und modern. Alle Angestellten waren sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war perfekt. Jeden Morgen wurden wir gefragt, ob wir ein Omelett, Rührei oder Spiegeleier wollten. Auch warme Würstchen standen zur Auswahl. Der Service war exzellent! Das Buffet war reichhaltig und bot eine große Auswahl an Brotsorten, frischen Salaten, Aufschnitt, Marmeladen, Gemüse, Obst und Kuchen. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich wie zu Hause.
