Wysoka cena za nocleg i opóźnienie z dostępnością pokoju
Big clean apartments, close to the centre where there are many bars and restaurants. The staff was really friendly and helpful

Niespodziewanie i zaskakująco miło i przytulanie. Inaczej. Fajnie.
Może nie doczytałem ale myślałem że sauna i "spa" są wliczone w cenę. Przydałoby się po trudnym dniu i wtedy można by powiedzieć że hotel is Perfect.
Kamienica położona blisko tzn centrum. Apartamenty czyste, zadbane.
Uważam, że śniadanie nie warte swojej ceny. Rzeczy robione na ciepło tylko na zamówienie u Pani. Po prośbie o omleta - Pani stwierdziła że omletów nie robi bo to za dużo mieszania. Więc podziękowałam. Po chwili się zreflektowała i zaproponowała jajko sadzone i usmażone z dwóch stron. Kawa słabej jakości, a coś na słodko to paczkowane gotowe ciasta i ciasteczka
Camera spațioasă, mic dejun diversificat,curat în cameră, halate de baie, bucătăria cu tot necesarul.
Nu s-a făcut aprovizionare cu hârtie igienică.

Fotel kokon był plusem w hotelu. Chwilowa chwila relaksu po zwiedzaniu była plusem.
Średnia czystość w pokoju, parapety z zaschniętymi owadami plamy na pościeli oraz kanapie dziurawe firany. Rdzewiejące krany oraz z racji iż był to pokój z aneksem minimalną ilość płynu do naczyń (warto było by sprawdzać czy jest uzupełniony przed przyjazdem gości) i kartka z napisem że nie można gotować zbyt intensywnych potraw bo będzie trzeba zapłacić za odaromatyzowanie. Śniadania z małym wyborem 2 dni to samo tylko dorzucone inne warzywa do tej samej sałatki.

Nie dało się chodzić boso po podłodze w pokoju, nie wiem czy ktoś zapomniał odkurzyć czy tak już jest w tym hotelu. Mimo zgłoszenia uwag co do czystości niewiele się zmieniło. Ręczników też jak na lekarstwo, 2 na 2 osoby po mojej interwencji dostaliśmy jeszcze 1 malutki. Brak klimatyzacji, tylko 4te piętro ma klimatyzację - tego mogłem sam nie doczytać ale nie spodziewałem się że w dzisiejszych czasach może być brak klimy w hotelu. Ściany zewnętrzne budynku pięknie porośnięte bluszczem ale że brakowało klimatyzacji to przez otwarte okna wchodzą wszelkiego rodzaju robaczki do pokoju.
Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo miła obsługa, czysto, winda z parkingu na wszystkie poziomy, parking wewnętrzny (trzeba wcześniej zarezerwować - dodatkowo płatny); cisza spokój, 5 min spacerem od Katowice Dworzec Główny, 15 min na rynek. Duże, przestronne i wysokie pokoje.
