Smrad iz odvoda, obe noći i krevet je skroz raskliman i škripi. Kad smo rekli domaćinu, ona nam je odgovorila da je majstor treba doći pa da nije još stigao🤔

В целом всё было замечательно, всем советую эти апартаменты.
Pros:

Расположение идеальное: до пляжа — две минуты пешком, рядом маленький магазин, где есть всё необходимое. В пешей доступности несколько баров, где можно вкусно поесть и выпить, а чуть дальше — превосходный ресторан.
Место тихое и уютное: море здесь всегда спокойное, а вода — тёплая. Тем, кто ищет спокойный семейный отдых или мечтает укрыться от городской суеты, — настоятельно рекомендую.

Cons:

В здании плохая шумоизоляция. Чтобы стулья не гремели, хорошо бы постелить небольшие коврики. Двери тонкие, поэтому всё, что происходит в коридоре, слышно в номере.
В комнате не хватило веника и совка, чтобы подмести песок и мелкий мусор с пляжа.
Имейте в виду: магазин по выходным не работает, а в будни иногда закрывается уже в 14:00. Всё расписание указано на объявлении у входа.
Рейсовых автобусов мы не видели. Если нужно добраться, например, в аэропорт или крупный город, такой как Задар, проще заказать такси. На автобусной остановке наклеено объявление с местным номером — очень выручило.

Es war sehr schön, tolle Lage, schade wegen verdeckten Kosten
Cons:

Das es trotz vereinbarten Preis noch zusätzliche Kosten angefallen sind, für die Reinigung des Apartments -45€
Es war nirgendwo angeführt und wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort

Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut.
Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nebenan befindet sich ein kleines Geschäft. In der Nähe befinden sich 2 Restaurants und Cafés.

Belle localisation avec une vue magnifique
Pros:

*la localisation entre Zadar et Plitvitcé
*petit village au calme avec l'eau et les magnifiques montagnes, un havre de paix.
*les chambres proposées avec vue sur eau et montagne

Cons:

**L'hôte est rentrée dans notre appartement en notre absence, sans autorisation, pour fermer des volets (alors que ce n'était pas nécessaire car nous allions l faire en rentrant, environ 1h après)
** non possibilité de garder les volets ouverts, avec ce paysage magnifique de l'appartement
** Coupure d'électricité durant la nuit mais personne ne nous a informé ou n'est venu s'excuser car aucune électricité durant toute la matinée jusqu'à notre départ
**Pas de petit déjeuner proposé en supplément..dommage car il n'y a aucune autre possibilité d'en prendre un dans le village (à part une petite superette qui est à côté mais qui était fermée à cause de la panne)
