A szobák tisztasága, kényelem

Az ételben hajszál volt
Egy pohár üdítőt nem lehetett elfogyasztani a vacsorához úgy hogy ne kerüljön pénzbe
A parkolásért is fizetni kellet olyan sokat kértek a parkolásért mintha valaki őrizte volna és zárt fedett helység lett volna

Minden nagyon jó volt ! Kedves segítőkész személyzet,tiszta környezet!

Ami több figyelmet igényelhetne a gyerekes családokkal kapcsolatban,hogy akik gyerek nélkül érkeznek őket ne zavarják sem a wellness részlegben , (ne ugráljanak a vízbe!!),ezt szigorúbban ellenőrizhetnék ,mert zavaró másokkal szemben... illetve a szobákkal kapcsolatban ,hogy ne dübögjenek órákon át a szaladgáló gyerekek más szobája felett ,főleg este 8 után...mert le hallatszik és nagyon is zavaró....
Nyilvam ez nem a Hotel hibája ,ha nem tudják a gyereket kordában tartani,de ezt is segítően kezelték azonnal.

Minden egyéb hibátlan a szoba is gyönyörű volt! 😊

Jó hely.
Pros:

Nagyon kedves személyzet, tiszta szoba, rendezett wellness. A környék varázslatos, de a legjobb lenne a Fellegvárban megszállni kilátás szempontjából. Jókat ettünk, vó't minden!

Cons:

Kicsit sötétek a szoba színei, a bútorok, az egész emelet.

Hosszú hétvége Visegrádon.
Pros:

Nagyon jó volt minden, finom volt a reggeli és a vacsora is, sokféle ételből lehetett választani. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész.

Cons:

Igazábol csak a jatszószoba felszereltsége volt egy kicsit gyengébb az elvártnál.

Szuperjó volt, jövünk még. :)
Cons:

A svédasztalok utántöltése sajnos nem volt zökkenőmentes, a népszerűbb ételekre/italokra sokat kellett várni, erre biztosan jobban rá kell készülnie a szállásnak.

Jól éreztük magunkat
Pros:

Kedves személyzet, kényelmes szoba, kiváló ételek, tisztaság - általában a szálloda az elvarasainknak megfelelő volt.

Cons:

A wellness részleg nagyon zsufolt volt, gyakorlatilag a két nap alatt egyszer sem sikerült a medencét használni. A szálloda által befogadható vendégek számához nem tűnik elégségesnek a wellness részleg kapacitása.
