Az ételek és a szoba jó volt, a személyzet katasztrófa (recepciós, vezető). Biztos nem térek vissza.
Pros:

Kényelmes volt a szoba, azzal minden rendben volt. Az ételt, italt felszolgáló személyzet kifogástalan volt. Az ételek mind finomak és bőségesek voltak.

Cons:

Igazából a recepcióssal és a vezetővel? (semmiből nem derült ki, hogy ki a vezető) volt egy kis nézeteltérésünk. A wellness részlegen 7 óra után nem akarták beengedni a gyermekeinket, mondván, hogy ez a szabály. A wellnessben kihelyezett házirend ezt nem tartalmazta, csak annyit, hogy szülői felügyelettel lehetnek ott. Erre a recepciós "úriember" akinek már érkezésünkkor is elég unott és flegma feje volt, odajött és közölte, hogy az interneten található házirendben van ez a korlátozás. Ezután jött a vezető (jelzem mint aki az utcáról jött be), se be nem mutatkozott semmi, csak letolt minket, hogy mi ez az ordibálás, aztán mondta, hogy jólvan akkor maradjanak, és sarkon fordult és otthagyott minket!!?? Illem, kedvesség 0. Ilyen személyzettel nem sokra fognak menni. A wellnessben dolgozó leány, ha kérdeztünk tőle valamit, szegény majdnem elsírta magát, pedig nem bántottuk, sőt még csúnyán sem beszéltünk vele, csak informálódni akartunk, de Ő ezt támadásnak vette. Szóval a vezetőség helyében én szétnéznék az alkalmazottak között. És egy jó tanács: Kamerás megfigyelésről szóló piktogram és leírás (adatkezelési tájékoztatás pl.) nincs kirakva. Ezt azért pótolnám...
