Mycket bra hotell. Frukost och middag var utsökta och brett utbud. Välbefinnandet var super. Personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Spelrummet var fantastiskt.

Remek hely, udvarias személyzet.
Pros:

Kényelmes, tiszta, minden igényt kielégítő jól felszerelt szálloda, szuper személyzettel, szép környezetben és remek helyszínen. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat itt. Még az extra kérést is nagyon szívesen teljesítették. Szerettünk itt lenni.

Cons:

A szobán sajnos látszott, hogy elavult. Ráférne egy renoválás. Foltos a padlószőnyeg, nehezen nyitható és zárható a mosdócsap a fürdőben. A vízszigetelés, és a burkolat besárgult. Itt-ott kopott felületek.

Pros:

Tetszett mivel nagyon segítőkész személyzet volt. Gyerekeimmel a klubhelyiségben nagyon jókat játszottunk. Az ételválaszték átlagon felüli volt!

Cons:

A szobákban több pók is volt amitől a gyerekek féltek. A főbejáratnál lévő kert elhanyagolt benyomást keltett.... Ezek apró részletek, de az összkép miatt fontos.

Kellemes 1 éjszaka kivételesen gyerekek nélkül
Pros:

Finom vacsora és reggeli egyaránt. A kültéri medence nagyon hangulatos, pláne ha épp nincsenek sokan akkor kiváltképp. A belső medencék is szuperek. A személyzet kedves, Mi csak 1 éjszakát töltöttünk a szállodában így annyira sok élmény nem jött össze ennyi idő alatt.

Cons:

Zuhanyzó tisztasága nem volt megfelelő. Helyi fogyasztás véleményünk szerint horror áron.

Mindennel megvoltunk elégedve. A személyzet kedves. A reggeli és vacsora választék bőséges és finom. A szoba tágas, jól felszerelt. A wellness részleg pedig szuper.

Cons:

A szobában lévő padlószőnyeg kopottas volt, így annak cseréje már esedékes lenne.

Serviço Sofrível de Limpeza e Arrumação Arruína a Estadia em um Hotel que é até Bom.
Pros:

Serviço de meia-pensão incluso, com bom bufê de café da manhã e jantar. Também possui bom centro de spa, com várias piscinas e saunas.

Cons:

Serviço de limpeza do quarto sofrível. Minha estadia foi de 5 noites, o que deveria incluir 4 limpezas/arrumações. Só que sempre havia uma "surpresa" negativa:
1º dia: a equipe entrou no quarto e só recolheu o lixo. Não fez mais nada: não arrumou a cama e nem completou o sabonete líquido da pia, que ficou vazio.
2º dia: após minha reclamação, preencheram o sabonete líquido e fizeram a cama.
3º dia: De acordo com os avisos, seria o dia em que as toalhas seriam trocadas. Mas adivinhem: não o foram, e a equipe noturna só forneceu uma toalha de banho, não fornecendo toalhas de rosto. Pra pioram, esqueceram de recolher o lixo.
4º dia: Enfim, após mais reclamações de minha parte, todas as toalhas foram trocas, mas só no último dia!
