Fantastic apartment, awful checking in process and lack of communication.
Pros:

The apartment was really lovely and the pool was great.

Cons:

The check-in process was an absolute nightmare. The reception was completely locked up and a QR code on the door. The QR code was very difficult to read because of the way in which a grid had been placed over the top of it on the door. Having eventually read the QR code I had to complete a form online and then there was no way to get the keys to the apartment. The only thing I could do was to phone a local phone number and I only had a UK phone. I messaged the apartments through the Booking.com, which is exactly what customer service services at Booking.com would advise. I had absolutely no response. Eventually I had no option but to phone the local phone number which cost me over £10. I spent fair proportion of the seven minutes on the phone on hold, being passed from one section to another. I then had to give my credit card details to a complete stranger over the phone which was not very secure. Even once I had managed to get the keys out of the key box, the instructions in the letter enclosed were incorrect, directing us to Barracuda Crescent when in fact we had to turn down Barracuda Street which leads to Barracuda Crescent.

The dishwasher had a part missing, the top rack telescopic arm on the left hand side. As I had no communication from the apartment management through booking.com I had no way of reporting this.

Greta place, good location and access. Needs air con and window/door blinds updates.
Pros:

Location is great. Parking options for large vehicle. Great view. Easy access. Lots of space

Cons:

Rooms were hot. Not air con in kids room. Main bedroom air con very dirty and loud and noisy when running. Light from street/outside apartment streaming into rooms. Block out blinds were very dirty.
