Vriendelijk personeel bij ontbijt. 2x in restaurant gegeten.
Één keer zeiden we tegen elkaar, deze dame heeft vandaag haar dag niet echt...
Ze was niet écht onvriendelijk, maar ook niet meer dan dat.

Cons:

De kamer en de badkamer waren wel érg klein. Ging prima verder, ik had ook een economy kamer geboekt. Dan moet je niets zeuren....

Excellent value in a small, quiet town with good train access
Pros:

This hotel is an excellent value in a quiet small town with easy train access to Interlaken and the Jungfrau region. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Showers had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. On-site restaurant is convenient. Staff were mostly pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Rooms were a little dated.

Hotel location is good short Walk to train station to get a good start for adventuring. Hotel staff is nice and helpful, room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

Breakfast is basic not many options but good enough to get your day started. We didn’t like the dinner restaurant however. Felt like they try to trick you into locking you down to get dinner with them. We decided to give them a shot on the last night we were there but were disappointed with the food, especially since their prices are high. So I would recommend looking elsewhere for dinner.

Das Hotel liegt fussläufig vom kleinen Bahnhof in Wilderswil und dennoch ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann sein Gepäck ohne Mehrkosten noch aufbewahren lassen. Schmackhafte Gerichte im Restaurant. Schönes Frühstücksbüffet. Toller Blick auf den Berg „Jungfrau“.

Quiet neighbourhood and I had the best sleep in this hotel during my whole trip in Switzerland

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Room, view, all staff except receptionist at March 20th night. Parking is underground. Room was clean and had a balcony.

Cons:

Second night we wanted to have dinner at “hotel’s “ restaurant which could not find a table without reservation. I understand that hotel did not reserve a table for its customers however the altitude of receptionist was not fine. When we saw free tables and asked if they are available, his reaction was not acceptable. In a aggressive way he told us to go and ask if they are free to the restaurant staff.

És un hotel net, ben equipat i amb un bon esmorzar. El personal és molt amable. Parking subterrani inclòs al preu. Habitació amb bona mida.

Cons:

No vam poder descansar perquè se sent tot de les habitacions del costat i, sobretot, la de dalt. Les persones que estaven a dalt no paraven de caminar i moure coses, i se sentia cruixir tot el terra. Vam dormir fatal… s’hauria de millorar l’aïllament.
