Quiet place in a small Alpine village near Interlaken city. Free travel pass provided by hotel for travelling around the area. Not in the city centre but convenient enough. Hotel is less than 5 min easy walk to train station, bus stop. It also has lift so no need to carry luggage up. Room has balcony facing the Jungfrau. Convenient store just opposite to train station. Breakfast is enough to start a day.

Parking en garage, mais pas de liaison avec l’hôtel… Chambres petites. Eau chaude capricieuse. Trouvé un grand cheveu noir sur mon drap de lit.
Excellent hotel. You can walk to the train station even with ski booths.
The bathroom, notably the bath tube, not comfortable at all to take a shower.

Wilderswil is a great location for connections into the alpine towns!
A bit lacking in warmth of welcome from the staff - both in the front office and restaurant (except for the gentleman there).
We booked last minute which is how I discovered Wilderswil. After staying there, I feel it is often overlooked in lieu of Interlaken or one of the other major mountain towns. But it shouldn't be! This hotel is located a short walk from the station and is only a four-minute train ride to Interlaken, 16-minutes to Lauterbrunnen and 30-minutes to Wilderswil.
The rooms are more dated than the pictures, make sure you know this before you book. But they are very clean and nice and ours had mountain views. We had the continental breakfast buffet included in our rooms and the reviews are correct: the breakfast lady is absolutely lovely.
The picture I have attached is the view from my "Comfort Twin Room With Harder View".
Rooms are more dated than the pictures, but very clean and nice. We had two single rooms. One was the "Comfort Twin Room With Harder View" which was nice. The other was the "Panorama Single Room With Jungfrau View" which was super dated.
The hotel is located at the foothills of snow clad peaks making the location absolutely alluring.
The restaurant of the hotel served ala carte menu that as outstandingly prepared and served.
