Buona e comoda posizione per visitare la regione, camera pulita e corrispondente alle descrizioni.
Personale alla colazione molto gentile e disponibile
Meravigliosa la vista sul ghiacciaio

الموقع ممتاز، والنظافة كذلك، وطاقم العمل متعاون.

Cons:

عند الدخول يتم توقيعك على ورقة تتضمن عدم الطبخ في الشقة، وعدم الكوي (توجد غرفة عامة في الفندق للكوي)، والماء لا يتجمع في ارضية الحمام. كذلك لايوجد شطاف في الحمام. ايضاً المواقف محدودة. كذلك الفطور محدود.

Fantastic location - book a room at the front of the hotel, you won't be disappointed with the view!
Pros:

Fabulous location with amazing views from the front of the hotel. A few mins walk from the train station. Very good breakfast. Generally very happy and would stay again if it wasn't closing.

Cons:

I booked a room with a view, was hoping it was at the front of the hotel. Didn't have a balcony but it didn't say it did so that was my fault. Really there wasn't anything I didn't like.

Udsigten og beliggenhed giver helt klart stedet et 9-tal
Pros:

God morgenmad, fantastisk udsigt, afstand til stationen var kort, men stadig roligt område. Hjælpsomt og venligt personale.

Cons:

Aftensmaden (burgeren) var ikke noget at fremhæve, hynder til stolene på balkonen manglede - man fik riller, ville være fedt med et lille køleskab.

My experience at Jung Frau Hotel
Pros:

On the positive side, Marco, who served us at lunch and dinner was outstanding. He was warm, humorous, efficient and made every meal a pleasure. The food was excellent throughout, and the Spare Ribs in particular was superb.
We also loved the village itself. Every evening after dinner we enjoyed walking through its peaceful streets, and the surroundings were absolutely charming.
Overall, while the hotel's location, food and dining service were excellent, the experience would be greatly improved by more accurate room photographs, the installation of ceiling fans or better cooling, and a friendlier, more attentive reception for guests.

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel from 26 June and came away with mixed feelings.
The biggest disappointment was the room. The photographs on the website were quite misleading, making it appear much larger than it actually was. In reality, the room was extremely small, with hardly any space even to place the kettle. There was no ceiling fan or air conditioning, and although a portable fan was provided, the receptionist had no idea where it should be placed . Given the cramped layout, we had no idea where to position it so that it would provide any real relief. We had expected a more practical and helpful response, especially after a long journey.
We also found the receptionist rather cold, matter-of-fact and not particularly welcoming. For international guests who have travelled a long way and are paying over CHF 300 a night, a warmer reception and a greater willingness to help with problems would make a significant difference.
At breakfast, the lady assisting the guests appeared quite serious and rather unfriendly. A smile and a more welcoming attitude would have enhanced the overall experience.

Pros:

교통이 편하고 숙소도 편안함.. 쉬니케플라테 기차가 출발하는 곳이며 라우터블루넨, 그린델발트 어디든 가기 좋음..

Cons:

파리가 많음.. 주변에 양과 소 등이 있어서 그런것 같음..

No aircondition. It's not good for summer vacation. You cannot stay in the room during midday. It's too hot. There's only small electric fan.

Pros:

Great location to access everything in the area and only a couple of minutes walk to the train station. Room was simple but very clean and comfortable which was perfect for us as we left early each morning and back in the evening, ( tea/coffee, water available in room). Really enjoyed breakfast which set us up for the day - fresh food and good selection to suit everyone.

Highly recommended! Visit and stay before the hotel closes permanently
Pros:

Superb location with view of the Jungfrau and Monch mountains. The village is close to Interlaken with an excellent train service throughout most of the region (hotel was only 5-7 minutes walk away). Staff were friendly and helpful. Possible to eat on the terrace as well as the dining room area. Very secure car parking available.

Cons:

Although there is no fridge in the room, there is a large refridgerator in the reception area with secure personalised boxes in it if required. (Deposit CHF10 which is refundable).
Unfortunately we were told that the hotel will close permanently in October as it is being turned into an elderly persons residence. A very great shame.

Great location.
Pros:

I liked the property. Been there before. Breakfast room is lovely. 2 mins walk to Wilderswil Train Station then you’re in Lauterbrunnen in 15 mins.
