Comfortable bed and great breakfast
Pros:

Comfortable bed and friendly staff
Quiet neighbourhood and I had the best sleep in this hotel during my whole trip in Switzerland
Elevator available in the building
Good breakfast for the price I paid for
Close to Wilderswil train station and bus stops, easy to get around
Good view of the Jungfrau from the balcony

Room seems to be a little bit smaller than the photos
Smell of cattle / farm due to the proximity of the farm

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Room, view, all staff except receptionist at March 20th night. Parking is underground. Room was clean and had a balcony.

Cons:

Second night we wanted to have dinner at “hotel’s “ restaurant which could not find a table without reservation. I understand that hotel did not reserve a table for its customers however the altitude of receptionist was not fine. When we saw free tables and asked if they are available, his reaction was not acceptable. In a aggressive way he told us to go and ask if they are free to the restaurant staff.

És un hotel net, ben equipat i amb un bon esmorzar. El personal és molt amable. Parking subterrani inclòs al preu. Habitació amb bona mida.

Cons:

No vam poder descansar perquè se sent tot de les habitacions del costat i, sobretot, la de dalt. Les persones que estaven a dalt no paraven de caminar i moure coses, i se sentia cruixir tot el terra. Vam dormir fatal… s’hauria de millorar l’aïllament.

Great hotel with fabulous views.
Pros:

Lovely location, very helpful staff (even prior to arriving), good breakfast, exceptionally clean (even by Swiss standards!), free parking

Cons:

Only twin beds, though you can push them ‘together’

Wunderschöne Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, sauber, aber alt und etwas heruntergekommenes Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderschön. Interlaken, Grinderwald und Lauterbrunnen sind in näherem Umland. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab einen sehr kleinen Aufzug. Im Zimmer war der Waschbecken nicht im Bad, sondern im Schlafbereich, das war unhygienisch und kompliziert. Das Frühstück war soweit gut, aber etwas mehr Abwechslung täte ganz gut. Der große Balkon war richtig toll, mit Bergblick.

Cons:

Das Zimmer von dem Arrangement her, da das Waschbecken nicht im Bad/Toilette war, sondern im Zimmer.

Bon petit hôtel à l'entrée de la région de la Jungfrau
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, proche de la gare. Il y a un parking souterrain si l'on est en voiture. Il correspond parfaitement à la description. L'accueil est très bon. Bon petit déjeuner.

The hotel was good value for money, try to avoid the restaurant.
Pros:

We liked that it was in the countryside and the reception staff was very helpful

Cons:

The staff at the restaurant was almost rude, it was clearly visible that they were not there to serve customers but more like they were there because it was another vacation day that they have to go through, take people’s money and move on with their lives.

Finally, on the first night we found a bug in the bedsheets
