The hotel is well located. Awesome shopping and great restaurants nearby. Hotel staff are terrific and rooms were very clean and a good size for NYC. I’d stay again for sure and will recommend to others.
Love love the room with bathtub to recharge after enjoying NYC😊
We loved staying at the Nolitan- the staff are super friendly, the location is perfect, and the room was just what we needed for a week in NYC. Highly recommend! We will be back!
Great!
Clean rooms, nice large tub and powerful shower. Attentive staff and I appreciated they were open for anything I might need
From the moment I arrived everybody was very friendly. I especially enjoyed the room as it had a ceiling fan! The room was a little on the small side, so I was happy that I was traveling alone. The bathroom was quite large and I enjoyed the shower! It was nice having a balcony with the view of the lights. I was there for the feast of San Gennaro in Little Italy, which was a block and a half down. Very convenient!
I recently moved to this hotel as an upgrade from a previous stay, expecting something nicer given the substantially higher cost. Unfortunately, the room I received was in very poor condition. The bedding and blanket were stained, as was the carpet. The toilet paper holder was so loose and crooked that the paper kept falling off. Overall, the room was dirty, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard I would expect for a $500-per-night stay.
The service was also disappointing and did not reflect the level of hospitality one should expect at this price point. Overall, I would recommend avoiding this hotel—there are far better alternatives in the city for the same cost.
The hotel is very run down, I was super disappointed. I never leave bad reviews but seriously this was not good at all. I hardly slept because of how loud the AC was and the lights randomly turned themselves on and off. The staff are extremely friendly - it’s not their fault that management won’t invest in the property.
Room had hair everywhere and it had bed bugs woke up with bites every night
Great location. Fun and vibrant hotel, with excellent staff and well kept, stylish rooms.
Hotel was not as advertised for a so-called four star hotel. I got placed in a small room on the second floor directly on a busy street and had to keep the drapes closed or else be visible from the street. The hotel was also noisy and dark and foreboding. It wasn't worth the price.
Our stay was great but we were disappointed that expedia advertised valet parking for $55 and there wasnt any parking at all.
Loved this hotel, the king corner room was amazing!
Would stay again

The service and location was the highlight of the hotel for me. The staff working the front desk were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us on several occasions. Really made a difference. Loved the location! Can't beat it. Will definitely be staying here again the next time i'm in NYC! This is my go to hotel from now on.
Great plaxe
Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff. Excellent views of the city and the Nolita neighborhood is incredible for shopping, dining and walking. Will recommend and stay again!
Great hotel, good price. Excellent location.
We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It’s in a vibrant neighborhood, and is walking distance to NoHo, Little Italy, Chinatown, Bowery. Just the best location! And the staff is kind and calm and helpful. They even have two cool bikes to borrow. Amazing stay!
