Très bien localisé mais déçue car ne correspondait pas à mes attentes pour un 4 étoiles

L’accueil, la propreté des locaux et la localisation

Cons:

Chambres communicantes par une simple porte verrouillée.
Piscine minuscule et sale(3mx7m et 120cm de profondeur). Celle-ci a été inutilisable 1 jour entier.
Sol de la chambre n’a que été nettoyé après que nous ayons dû réclamer qu’il n’ai pas été fait.
Vue déplorable.
Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres (1/4).
Pas de linge de plage à disposition.
Pas de produits d’hygiène en chambre hormis un savon et shampoing qui sont les mêmes et de mauvaise qualité.
Aucune possibilité de se doucher dans l’hôtel après avoir fait le check-out.

Décevant malgré un bon petit-déjeuner.
Pros:

le petit-déjeuner est vraiment excellent. L’hôtel est également bien situé : la plage est accessible en une dizaine de minutes à pied et le métro se trouve à seulement 5 minutes, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre de Barcelone. Le personnel de l’accueil est adorable.

Cons:

Le principal problème est la très forte odeur de cigarette froide dans la chambre, et encore plus dans la salle de bain. L’odeur était tellement imprégnée qu’elle nous a empêchés de dormir et nous a donné des nausées.

La propreté laisse également à désirer : la moquette était tachée, le fauteuil était lui aussi taché, et les joints de la douche étaient moisis. L’isolation phonique est très mauvaise : on entend facilement les conversations dans le couloir ainsi que les bruits des chambres voisines.
