Definitely not 4 stars.
Cons:

Shower was moldy in many places. The shower door was rusted through. The room's curtains were covered in black dust.

Tolles modernes sauberes Zimmer. Die Lage ganz in der Nähe des Strands und etwas ausserhalb, so dass es ruhig war in der Nacht. Die Metro ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, guter Anschluss zu Innenstadt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist verhältnismässig teuer, wenn man es zusätzlich bucht. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war zeitlich nicht einschätzbar.

Lokalita v poriadku, v blízkosti metro, pláž a dobrá dostupnosť do centra. Menej rušná časť mesta, v blízkosti potraviny.
V deň odchodu nám na požiadanie pripravili raňajky formou jedla na cestu . (odchod sme mali v skorých ranných hodinách)

- kávovar bez kávy / kapsúl na izbe
- chýbali lyžičky na kávu/čaj
- malé šálky na čaj
- menší výber jedál na raňajky

Neboli to žiadne závažné nedostatky , ale vyskytli sa nejaké "chybičky krásy"

Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel à seulement 15 mn même pas du centre ville. Le petit déjeuner extraordinaire. La propreté. Le confort du lit.

Cons:

Le bruit de la chambre d’à côté malheureusement comme une chambre communicante…
Les taxes de sejour qui ont augmenté comparés au prix booking.

The location is excellent—everything is close enough to reach on foot (if you enjoy walking). Most attractions are about a 50-minute to 1-hour easy walk away. The neighborhood is quiet, and it feels safe to walk around even at night. Around the hotel, you’ll find everything you need, including a few shops, a bakery, and a shopping center. The beds are comfortable, it’s very clean, the rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are changed regularly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
