super slow to check in. wasting time with no real explanations.
I have to waited for 1 hour before they give me the room key. One of the problem is they asked me to pay for may 2 days stay (but I showed them that I have paid already. The second day, they asked me to pay again even I gave them the copy of my payment. They pushed me to pay and ask refund from hotel.com. Really bad ! Never stay here again
Liked the idea: a non-smoking property with breakfast. But poor reality: smoking throughout the facility including smoke smell in our bathroom and breakfast for a few with lousy coffee.
It was nice stay. It would have better to have coffee in the property
高速入口に近いので、地方へ高速で向かう際の宿泊に便利な立地です。
We specifically request a twin bed as stated in the price. At the end was given a double bed unless we want to TOP up. Not convenient for first timers
預訂酒店時的確認電郵寫明酒店沒有前台,要於入住前聯絡並有機場交通接送。但事實完全是另一回事,根本沒有交通接送,結果折騰一番才到達酒店。
Standard as an ibis but very helpful for helping us booking things.
Every is clean and nice
Hotel was clean and priced cheap but was in a poor location. There aren't many places to eat within walking distance. You have to take a few buses just to get to the metro. You have to take a taxi to and from the airport because the shuttle doesn't run near the hotel. They don't always have staff that speak english. Tried to get a map of the city and/or transportation in english but they do not carry any at the hotel. You will need to go to a tourist location.
Good practical hotel, with very helpful staff!
clean and good price for your money, you pay more at other hotels and get less. Makes you feel at home.
By far the cleanest hotel I stayed at in China.
This hotel is situated around a 30 minute walk from the nearest metro station, a short walk to the local bus station or around a 15 minute taxi ride to the centre of Chengdu. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke sufficient English to help me. The stay was positive but I felt the hotel could do more to assist customers get a taxi. My room was clean although sometimes not restocked with soap, but I felt overall I had very good value for money.
Over all,its comfortable except for the tour booking and arrangement need to improve.May return again.
It was super value for the price and super clean. I will always recommend
Enjoyable stay for 1week. A little far from town but ok to walk if you are fit. Taxi fare to city centre between 15-20RMB depending on the route the taxi takes and there are plenty of taxis except early morning. Staff more than helpful even though English was a problem sometimes. Recommended as a clean, friendly, budget hotel away from the noise and crowds. Would definitely stay there again.
At the moment there are vast roadworks occurring in Chengdu, some of which is on the doorstep of this hotel. The taxi driver (conveniently) got lost 3 times amongst these roadworks taking our 40RMB taxi ride from the airport to 70RMB. (Tourist Trap #1). The staff on checking in (@2am) were very pleasant and courteous. The rooms were adequate - a bed & bathroom. This is all we needed for the night, so was fine. 12pm check-out was great, but the buffet breakfast was very ordinary, but cheap. Now, Tourist Trap #2 - to order a taxi, the hotel charges 10RMB. This is very cheeky as there are no taxi's going past the hotel due to the roadworks. Because of this, you need to wait - NOT money well spent. Overall, the hotel was fine for an overnighter, but there is NO WAY I'd be staying there long-term until the roadworks are finished (apparently being done for a Fortune500 meeting in June - money talks...)
Terrible hotel, staff are hopeless and it;s in the middle of a construction site.
Overall worth the money paid
After the arrival
We went back after one week of trip in Dazu and Leishan.
