Clean beautiful
Pros:

Beautiful very clean hotel. Beds are comfortable even the pull out bed was good. Rooms are large. We enjoyed the weight room. Weights up to 60lbs. Pool was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was amazing!

This property only cares about taking your money and not your experience.
Pros:

Booked 2 nights at the Hyatt Place based on the looks of the clean rooms online and the location.
Don't believe everything you see online. I liked nothing about this property.

Cons:

The pictures of the rooms online did not match our experience. The room was dirty and dingy feeling. Shower was dirty, and carpets were stained. The best part of being disgusted was the bugs I found in each of the Queen beds. Complained to the front desk and they moved us rooms for the night, but the next room was not much different...Just no bugs in our bed this time. Management never reached out even tho we tried to contacting them several times. The manager and asst manager VM's were full and Hyatt customer has done nothing to help put me in contact with the manger to discuss our stay. I called and opened a case with Hyatt customer care and they told me, (After I called 5 days later to follow up) that the property couldn't find any evidence of the bugs, even though we killed the bugs we found and left them in the bathroom in a tissue. Not a place I would recommend.

Pros:

The room was beautiful ! The entire facility was very clean and nicely decorated. The tall gentleman who checked us in was very helpful with his guidance and directions to business places that I needed to visit, as well as restaurants close by an evening meal. I will definitely book a room here the next time I'm in town.

Cons:

There was no microwave in my room. I didn't like the TV remote set-up. It was very difficult to navigate through the channels during commercial breaks or just to check another channel to see what was playing.

I like the location and the bed was super comfortable and clean!

Cons:

The 3rd shift staff (female with jet black hair placed in a bun her height was on the shorter side) was nowhere to be found. They have Ads for The Placery all over, so I tried calling the front desk but no answer waited 30 mins called again and waited another 30mins and called again and no answer. So I finally walked down to the front desk no one there. There was a group of people with their belongings appearing to be waiting to check in. So I yelled Hello, a few minutes later the lady walked out from the back rolling her eyes saying Yeah. I said I'm just wondering how to place an order for The Placery. She said you do it with me but there are only 2 menu items available to order. I'm not sure if that was true given the fact she hadn't been at the desk in at least an hour and when I came down she had an attitude that I said Hello. My husband went down to the car A little over an hour after that and there was still no one at the desk or even close by.



The last thing was the pool area we got down there around 6pm. The water was SOOOOOOOO cloudy I couldn't even let my kids swim for long. We stayed probably 30 mins, and went up after and immediately showered.

Looking forward to my next visit so I can stay there again.
Pros:

Ate breakfast all 3 mornings, I loved it. I took pictures of my food and sent to my wife and daughter. My wife responded; Hope you don’t expect that much variety of food when you get home.

Sorry can’t think of any thing.

Great Place to Stay
Pros:

We visited the hotel on a recent trip for a family wedding. The location was 5 minutes from the reception and easily accessible from the freeway.
The hotel lobby/breakfast room was light and airy, plenty of tables for our group. The breakfast was plentiful with both cold and hot choices, and it was different every day.
The rooms were large and very clean, we had 2 queens and a sofa bed. Bathroom tiles (floor and countertop) could use a little refreshing, but otherwise the rooms were great.
Pool area was not large and the water was quite cold, but the kids had fun anyway. Would have enjoyed a hot tub in the pool area.
