The hotel is dated and does not do daily maid service. The rooms were dingy. The woman at the front desk did not care about our issues with the room. She was rude and unhelpful.

This location is AMAZING! The cleanliness and the staff are top notch!! I'm OCD and I was very impressed with the cleanliness.
Pool closed, however was able to use neighboring hotel pool. Door to bathroom was rubbing on floor. It was like a workout opening and closing bathroom door. Tv wasn’t working. Light above coffee maker was not working. This made it difficult for four girls to get ready for a wedding. Breakfast: eggs were watery, French toast was dry. I recommend a good waffle maker… always a line at other hotels

Everything went well!
The breakfast may be free, but "you get what you pay for". Hotel is clean. Front desk can smile, but just not at every customer.
We request a top floor when we made our reservation. We were told by the male staff there was no request made. He told us that the hotel was sold out and since we made the reservation by a third party there was nothing he could do. Then he found our request for a top floor in the reservation but again said since we were a third party reservation he could not do anything. We have never been treated like that at a Hilton before like second class citizens. We checked in around 4pm with a female staff and came right back down and asked the male to move to the fifth floor because there was loud noises from the room above us. As you see he did not. At 2:00AM we were awakened by the jolting blast of the fire alarm. We quickly dressed in our street clothes and just as we were about to leave the alarm stopped. It blasted one more time before being silenced. We inquired about it the next morning at breakfast and we were told that kids had been messing around and would be fined. We asked if the guests who were deprived a nights sleep would be compensated. The woman at the desk said that we would have to talk to a manager who wouldn’t be in until after 10:00. When I was checking out, asked another woman who had just begun her shift about the possibility of compensation. She wrote down my name and showed it to the first woman who rudely said, so I could hear, “I already told her I had no authority to do anything about that!”
Comfortable bed and having extra sitting space.
Was woken at 2 a.m. with fire alarm and there was no fire. Alarm went off twice. When we checked out we had to ask about the alarm and was told it was steam from a shower - hard to believe that would set off an alarm and besides - 2 a.m. ???
