The location was great and looks like a great hotel but the inside is old run down and musty. The rooms were actually disgusting dirt on the walls paint chipping mold, rust hair all over the bathroom stuff all over the walls in the bathroom out disgusting one elevator that was working smells like urine. The carpets were stain. The curtains were stain. The pool said it was available, but there was zero water in the hot tub was disgusting. I don’t know anybody can write this a good experience
checking out and leaving
menus for breakfast were displayed with prices, I thought breakfast was complimentary
The staff was great- especially Brandon at the front desk was very professional and very helpful 😁
It's kinda ran down for a 3 star hotel. Hot tub broken. Rust on all metal surfaces. Had cardboard runners taped on the floors for some reason 🤷 carpet soaked where the a/c had leaked on it and I heard many people complaining about it in their rooms also.
Good location. Very clean.
Room was clean but dated.
There was no water in the morning for us to use the bathroom, shower, etc. The hotel double charged my account. We stayed one night, which I have a receipt for, and were charged for 2.
Caitlyn was amazing! Very friendly and helpful!
I like the comfy beds and the receptionist Brandon he was very helpful and polite and helped me when the housekeeper broke my phone charger and didn't tell me and no manger or supervisor call me about it but Brandon wrote down what happened and was polite and helpful and nice thank you Brandon
The house keeper broke my phone charger and didn't even tell I had to find out after coming back from sunfest I was a vendor there and and no manger or supervisor call me to resolve it only one who help me was Brandon the receptionist he wrote down what happened and was was nice and polite now that being said I don't think I will be coming to this hotel if the staff is gonna treat that way
Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, kids loved the pool. Staff was friendly and courteous.
This would have been rated the highest possible if it wasn't for the fact that the hot tub was down and we were not made aware of this when booking or even during check in. We book all of our rooms based on whether or not the hotel has a hot tub. It is rather upsetting when we pay almost $800 and the main reason we chose this particular hotel was for the hot tub.
My wife was staying overnight at the local hospital. I wanted to be close. The room had a lot of issues, A/C was noisy and the TV remote was broken. Dirty coffee station, and dirty dishes in the hallway. I went to check out about an hour or so after checking in because it felt nasty. Staff didn’t care did not offer another room, just charged me and said they’ll pass on the issues. Hilton said I’d hear back from management nothing, then after a google review I was told to call. Again nothing. Corporate should’ve followed up because local management sure doesn’t. Save your money.
The friendliness of the entire staff. The food was actually really good and reasonably priced.
No restroom at the conference room.
It was clean
It didn't have free breakfast
Downtown
Not used
All good
I was terribly disappointed with my stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. The hot tub was closed with no notice, which was one of the main reasons I booked here. The pillows and bedding were uncomfortable and felt worn out. On top of that, the breakfast—which is the same quality you get for free at much cheaper hotels—was priced at $14 and simply not worth it. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations.
Outdated rooms, AC was very loud
