Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, and a short walk to the beach (5 min or less) it was a bit busy due to a 5k being held right on the beach that started at night but it didnt interrupt our beach time. Umbrella rental is about 40 but they're only from 10 am to 6 pm per city rule (you can bring your own with no time limits) they have a rinse off area that comes in handy before entering the hotel back from the beach. Water pressure wasnt too strong in the shower, hot water could have been a bit warmer. Breakfast was great, lots of options and they give you card with suggested times to avoid crowds.

The young lady Prisella at the front desk went above to accommodate our request. We had booked a basic room with no scenery she was able to change us out; of course we paid the difference it was well worth it. The room was perfect for us. The restaurant I will say on day one we went there for dinner. I ordered the enchilada plate which was horrible probably the worse enchilada plate I have ever tasted. I let the waiter know. The following morning we went for the free breakfast it was ok; however the following morning we ordered the omelettes they were great.

Very clean, nice pool, and hot tubs. Prices were great for food and drinks. One of our rooms air conditioner was not working. Took a long time to get the room changed.

My wife and I got diarrhea from morning breakfast.

We initially registered for one night. When we arrived we immediately registered for a second night. We told front we registered for another night.

The next day we got locked out of our room. Our room was on the 4th floor some distance from the front desk.

When i talked to front desk, they acknowledged we had reservation for 2nd day. They said the system wanted us to reregister. Why not call us to reregister!
