Very convienanant to stores abd resteraunts.staff was great and helpful. Hotel was a luttle outdated but clean
Everything was good need more cookware like pots and pans
Rooms were very clean, property is well kept, and staff always had a smile. Great place to stay.
Had a very pleasant stay would absolutely stay again
Enjoy the full kitchen and ability to cook my own food. The
central air is very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The bed is very comfortable also and the bathroom is roomy.
Very nice hotel and rooms
Water from the shower spilled under the shower curtain and made the floor
One of the best hotels i have stayed in.
The staff is ver accommodating and above all, friendly
Staff is very nice. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
Nice people, good hotel, area is isolated
There’s a leaking water fire extinguisher on the first floor, dripping down the center of the hallway. Closed captions didn’t work on tv, and I need them to watch it. Service man couldn’t fix. Blinds in one window had a huge gap so darkness wasn’t possible at night. The darkening curtain doesn’t have a lever, so I had to grab it and push it back with my hands. So gross. STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. KITCHEN AMENITIES ARE GREAT. But be careful when pouring the coffee carafe, as it will drip and burn skin because it pours all over. I got burnt. Most of the towels were used to stop the water from flowing all over the bathroom, due to the floor not directing it towards the drain. And I was careful! There’s a beeping that was going off periodically. Could’ve been the fire alarm. Will call the desk about that today. I travel with my small dog, so I can handle stress, but this hotel didn’t alleviate any from my stay. I expected better.
My room was not ready when I arrived, I was told by the front desk person that it would be ready in 15 minutes, after 30 mins I spoke to a different frint desk associate named Shasta who was not only so apologetic and professional but went above and beyond to get me into a room and made every accommodation she had to, to make up for the inconvenience. She was a friendly face, cheerful and had a great attitude on a very crazy busy weekend. Shasta is truly an asset to the front desk and I hope to see her when I return next month!
Check in no one there. Breakfast choices were poor.
.
Tired facility.
Overall good besides having the sink fall in while washing dishes
My stay was for over a week. I had specifically ask for housekeeping services every other day to come and change the sheets and clean up the bathroom because my grandson, who's only 2 makes a real mess.
Long story short... they used the same sheet for over a week... didn't clean the bathroom just left new sets of towels.
Breakfast was another story... nothing fancy. Cold. Liquidy eggs. Coffee was cold.
The area around the indoor pool was always freezing cold.
Another word, if you are looking for a hotel to stay for over a few days... this might not be it. We had rented 2 rooms and if i had known what i know now I would definitely search elsewhere.
We checked in late Saturday 5/31/2025 while we had home renovations done and could not stay there.
The following morning I was horrified to find the filthy room we were given. I immediately notified the front desk, but it took 2 days for Kevin Serio Operation Manager to get back to me to change my room.
In the meantime, I was force to clean the room myself.
This was completely unacceptable. When I shared photos with Hyatt management, he assured me he would take 2 days off room but would need to contact Expedia since we booked through a third party.
Despite my ongoing efforts to get this refund, Kevin Serio remains unavailable and full of excuses why he has not made good on this promises.
Meanwhile you can find him hanging out the front door smoking with others. Sure wish I took that photo.

The kitchen floor need replacing. The ice maker did not work in the frig.
The temperature control either made it too hot or too cold. Not up to the standard of other Hyatt House Hotels we have stayed. Disappointed
